مقایسه اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی با روش آرام سازی جاکوبسن بر کاهش اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان دختر مقطع ابتدایی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی تکنیک های آموزش مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و آرامش در کاهش اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان انجام شده است.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی- مقایسه‌ای دانش‌آموزان دختر سال دوم ابتدایی دبستان سما شهر سبزوار بودند (84 دانش‌آموز). 36 دانش آموز با نمره اضطراب امتحان بالا انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه (تمرین ذهن آگاهی، آرامش عضلانی و گروه شاهد) قرار گرفتند. دو گروه آزمون طی هشت جلسه مداخله دریافت کردند. همه شرکت کنندگان یک ماه پس از مداخله به طور همزمان پرسشنامه اضطراب امتحان را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی گروه های مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه، آزمون توکی و نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی و روش آرام‌سازی جاکوبسن اضطراب امتحان را در دانش‌آموزان دختر به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش دادند، اما آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی نسبت به روش آرام‌سازی اندازه تأثیر بیشتری داشت (67/0 در مقابل 58/0).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج، به‌نظر می‌رسد شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی می‌تواند بیش از روش آرام‌سازی جاکوبسن، اضطراب امتحان را در دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی کاهش دهد.
