بررسی مقایسه ای سلامت روانی، افسردگی و تطابق نقش بعد از عمل در افراد تراجنسی مقیم ایران و افراد تراجنسی ایرانی مقیم آلمان

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی سلامت روانی، افسردگی و تطابق و شکل گیری نقش افراد تراجنسی بعد از عمل تطبیق جنسیت در دو جامعه ایران و آلمان می­پردازد.
روش کار: جمعیت این مطالعه توصیفی علی مقایسه ای شامل افراد تراجنسی ایرانی و ایرانیان مقیم آلمان بود که پس از گذراندن کلیه مراحل درمانی عمل جراحی تغییر جنسیت را انجام دادند. 50 نفر(25 نفر تراجنسی­های ایرانی در ایران و 25نفر تراجنسی های ایرانی مقیم آلمان) به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه های سلامت عمومی (GHQ)، افسردگی بک و نقش جنسیت بم به صورت آنلاین در سال 1399 و در بازه زمانی 2 ماه بدست آمد. تحلیل داده ها با کمک تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره انجام گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که 70 درصد افراد مورد مطالعه مرد و 30 درصد زن،  میانگین سنی 6±29 سال بود. میانگین سلامت روانی در مردان بیشتر از زنان بود. تفاوت معناداری بین سلامت روانی (افسردگی) افراد شرکت کننده در ایران و آلمان مشاهده نشد. همچنین تفاوت معناداری بین تطابق نقش و میزان رضایت از تغییر جنسیت در افراد شرکت کننده در ایران و آلمان وجود نداشت.
نتیجه گیری:  با توجه به عدم وجود تفاوت معنادار در دو گروه مورد بررسی در ایران و آلمان، می توان بیان کرد تفاوت محیطی و اجتماعی موثر نبوده و ساختار فردی و خانوادگی بسیار موثرتر از اجتماع و فرهنگ اجتماعی بوده است.
