مقایسه ی اثربخشی درمان گروهی شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و درمان گروهی شناختی رفتاری بر عزت نفس دانش آموزان دختر

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه‌ی اثربخشی درمان گروهی شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان گروهی شناختی‌رفتاری بر عزت نفس دانش‌آموزان دختر می‌باشد.
روش‌کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل تمام دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه‌ی اول دبیرستان‌های دولتی شهرستان سرخس در سال 1391 می‌باشد. آزمودنی‌ها به شیوه‌ی تصادفی، انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. دو گروه به مدت دوماه تحت درمان شناختی‌رفتاری و درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی قرار گرفتند (هشت جلسه‌ی دو ساعتی) در حالی که گروه شاهد هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. پرسش‌نامه‌ی عزت نفس کوپراسمیت قبل و بعد از آموزش به آزمودنی‌ها داده شد. داده‌های حاصل با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس یک‌سویه، آزمون تعقیبی دانکن و نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: درمان گروهی شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان شناختی‌رفتاری در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، تاثیر مثبتی بر بهبود عزت نفس داشته‌اند (0001/0P< و 56/21=F) اما تفاوت این دو گروه به صورت معنی‌داری نبوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد درمان شناختی‌رفتاری و درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در افزایش عزت نفس موثر می‌باشند.
