مقایسه ی میزان اثربخشی هیپنوتراپی شناختی رفتاری گروهی و درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی بر افزایش عزت نفس نوجوانان

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی هیپنوتراپی شناختی‌رفتاری گروهی و درمان شناختی‌رفتاری گروهی بر افزایش عزت نفس نوجوانان انجام پذیرفت.
روش‌کار: جامعه‌ی آماری این کارآزمایی بالینی شامل تمام نوجوانان پسر ساکن در مدارس شبانه‌روزی شهرستان تایباد در سال تحصیلی 91-1390 بودند که با استفاده از روش  نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از 250 نفر از نوجوانان ساکن در یک مرکز شبانه‌روزی‌، پرسش‌نامه‌ی عزت نفس کوپر-اسمیت به عمل آمد و با توجه به نمره‌ی عزت نفس پایین‌تر از 23، 30 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و یک گروه شاهد جایگزین شدند. سپس گروه‌های آزمون به مدت 2 ماه (در هر هفته یک جلسه‌ی 2 ساعتی) تحت درمان هیپنوتراپی شناختی‌رفتاری و درمان شناختی‌رفتاری قرار گرفتند و گروه شاهد هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. بعد از اتمام دوره جهت بررسی میزان تغییر در عزت نفس، مجددا آزمون مذکور به عنوان پس‌آزمون در همه‌ی افراد اجرا گردید. داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 19، آمار توصیفی، تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بن‌فرونی تحلیل گردیدند.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل آزمون کوواریانس نشان داد که نمرات عزت نفس در گروه‌های آزمون در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش معنی‌داری داشته است (01/0P<) اما هیپنوتراپی شناختی‌رفتاری منجر به افزایش بیشتر، اما غیر معنی‌دار عزت نفس نسبت به درمان شناختی‌رفتاری گروهی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: هیپنوتراپی شناختی‌رفتاری و درمان شناختی‌رفتاری گروهی
می‌توانند عزت نفس نوجوانان را افزایش دهند اما بین این دو تفاوت معنی‌داری دیده نشد.
