رابطه بین کیفیت خواب و کیفیت زندگی در پرستاران

چکیده

مقدمه: خواب برای تعادل فیزیولوژیکی و روانشناختی و سازگاری هموستاتیک ضروری است. حرفه پرستاری مرتبط با شیفت کاری واختلالات خواب است. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت خواب و کیفیت زندگی پرستاران انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی و مقطعی بر روی 200 پرستار بیمارستان 5 آذر شهر گرگان انجام شد. پرستاران با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای و سپس در هر بخش به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده ها از طریق مشخصات دموگرافیک، شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ (PSQI) و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی فرم کوتاه (SF-12) جمع آوری شده است. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون t زوجی، آزمون Wilcoxon و SPSS-16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: بر اساس یافته ها 56 پرستار (28٪) کیفیت خواب خوب و 144 (72٪) پرستار، کیفیت خواب پایین داشتند. نمره آزمون PSQI پرستاران با کیفیت خواب خوب 7/5 ± 39/87 و پرستاران با کیفیت خواب پایین آزمون 5/7 ± 96/33 بود(001/0> P). پرستاران با کیفیت خواب خوب، کیفیت زندگی ضعیفی نداشتند، 9/30 درصد از کیفیت زندگی متوسط ​​و 1/69 درصد از کیفیت زندگی خوب برخوردار بودند. در پرستاران با کیفیت خواب پایین، 8/11 درصد کیفیت زندگی ضعیف، 4/51 درصد کیفیت زندگی متوسط ​​و 8/36 درصد کیفیت زندگی خوب داشتند (001/0> P).
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد کاهش کیفیت خواب پرستاران می تواند کیفیت زندگی آنها را در ابعاد مختلف کاهش دهد.
