نقش ابعاد شخصیتی هگزاکو و کنترل عواطف درپیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ابعاد شخصیتی هگزاکو و کنترل عواطف در پیش­بینی رضایت زناشویی بود.
روش­کار: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری این پژوهش، زوجین شهر اردبیل در سال 1394 بودند. نمونه­ی آماری شامل 150 آزمودنی بود که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع­آوری داده­ها از مقیاس­های شخصیتی هگزاکو، کنترل عواطف و پرسش­نامه­ی رضایت زناشویی انریچ استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل داده­ها از روش رگرسیون همزمان با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که برخی از ابعاد شخصیتی هگزاکو و کنترل عواطف با رضایت زناشویی رابطه معنی­دار دارند (001/0>P). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیری نشان داد ابعاد صداقت-تواضع، تهییج­پذیری، وجدان­گرایی و گشودگی به تجربه (در متغیر ابعاد شخصیتی هگزاکو) و عاطفه مثبت، خلق افسرده و اضطراب (در متغیر کنترل عواطف) قوی­ترین پیش­بینی­کننده­ها بودند (001/0>P).
نتیجه­گیری: یافته­های به دست آمده نشان می­دهند که ابعاد صداقت-تواضع، تهییج­پذیری، وجدان­گرایی و گشودگی به تجربه در ابعاد شخصیتی هگزاکو و عاطفه مثبت، خلق افسرده و اضطراب در متغیر کنترل عواطف، می­توانند رضایت زناشویی را پیش­بینی نمایند.
