بررسی وضعیت روانی پرستاران بخش اورژانس در دو بیمارستان سطح سوم در ایالت اوگان، نیجریه

چکیده

مقدمه: پرستاری در بخش اورژانس (ER) می‌تواند بسیار محرک، اما در عین حال طاقت‌فرسا باشد. پرستاران در بخش اورژانس ممکن است در معرض رویدادهای آسیب‌زا قرار گیرند که بر سلامت روان آنها تأثیر می‌گذارد؛ با این حال، این موارد به ویژه در مناطق در حال توسعه به طور کافی مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته‌اند. بنابراین، این مطالعه به دنبال ارزیابی وضعیت سلامت روان پرستاران اورژانس در بیمارستان‌های منتخب سطح سوم در ایالت اوگان بود.
روش‌ کار: این تحقیق از یک طرح مقطعی کمی استفاده کرد که در یک دوره شش هفته‌ای بین فوریه 2024 تا مارس 2024 در ایالت اوگان، نیجریه انجام شد. در مجموع 117 پرستار برای این مطالعه با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه ساختار یافته متشکل از ابزارهای استاندارد برای ارزیابی وضعیت سلامت روان پرستاران اورژانس استخدام شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون کای دو و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 28.0 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: توزیع سنی در بین شرکت‌کنندگان در مطالعه یکنواخت بود و اکثریت (88٪) زن و پرستاران (44.6٪) بودند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ۶۱.۴٪ از پاسخ‌دهندگان اظهار داشتند که در طول یک سال علائم فرسودگی شغلی، اضطراب یا افسردگی را تجربه کرده‌اند. با این حال، ۴۵.۸٪ در مدیریت استرس مرتبط با کار و چالش‌های سلامت روان احساس حمایت کافی نمی‌کردند. در ارزیابی استاندارد، همچنین مشخص شد که ۲۷.۷٪ دارای سطوح خفیف تا شدید اضطراب هستند در حالی که بخش قابل توجهی (۸۱.۹٪) دچار بی‌خوابی بالینی متوسط ​​تا شدید ارزیابی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: پرستاران اورژانس مستعد چالش‌های سلامت روان مرتبط با کار هستند که اغلب ممکن است نادیده گرفته شوند و بدون مدیریت کافی رها شوند.
