تاثیر درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر افسردگی، باورهای ناکارآمد و عزت نفس مادران کودکان با ناتوانیهای ذهنی

چکیده

مقدمه: این مطالعه اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی (MBCT) را بر افسردگی، باورهای ناکارآمد و عزت نفس در میان مادران دارای فرزند دارای معلولیت ذهنی بررسی کرد.
روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، ۲۴ مادر که از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند، به طور تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش ۹ جلسه ۲ ساعته MBCT دریافت کردند. ما شرکت‌کنندگان را با استفاده از پرسشنامه افسردگی بک-II، پرسشنامه عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت و مقیاس نگرش‌های ناکارآمد ارزیابی کردیم.
نتایج: داده‌ها نشان داد که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی به طور قابل توجهی افسردگی (P= ۰.۰۰۱)، باورهای ناکارآمد (P= ۰.۰۰۰) و عزت نفس (P= ۰.۰۰۰) را در گروه آزمایش کاهش داد. اندازه اثر برای متغیرهای ذکر شده به ترتیب ۰.۴۲۹، ۰.۴۹۷ و ۰.۵۶۸ بود. بیشترین تأثیر مداخله بر بهبود عزت نفس خانواده (0.000=P) و کاهش باورهای کمال‌گرایانه (0.002=P) مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که MBCT می‌تواند با افزایش پذیرش، کاهش نشخوار فکری و بهبود تنظیم هیجانی، افسردگی را کاهش و عزت نفس را افزایش دهد. پیشنهاد می‌شود این روش در برنامه‌های حمایتی برای مادران دارای فرزند کم‌توان ذهنی گنجانده شود.
