مقایسه سطح بلوغ اجتماعی، سبکهای دلبستگی و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی در نوجوانان طبیعی و نوجوانان مرتکب جرائم جنسی ارجاع شده به سازمان پزشکی قانونی استان خراسان رضوی

چکیده

مقدمه: این مطالعه به مقایسه بلوغ اجتماعی، سبک‌های دلبستگی و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان در نوجوانان عادی و نوجوانان متهم به جرایم جنسی پرداخت.
روش‌ کار: نمونه آماری این مطالعه توصیفی علی-مقایسه‌ای شامل ۳۲ پسر نوجوان متهم به جرایم جنسی بود که از فروردین ۱۴۰۰ تا اسفند ۱۴۰۰ به اداره پزشکی قانونی استان خراسان رضوی مراجعه کرده بودند. ۳۲ نوجوان غیرمجرم نیز به عنوان گروه مقایسه با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان به پرسشنامه سبک‌های دلبستگی کالینز و رید، پرسشنامه بلوغ اجتماعی رائو و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان گراس پاسخ دادند.
نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد که نوجوانان عادی در مقایسه با نوجوانان متهم، نمرات بالاتری در بلوغ اجتماعی (۲۷۴.۲۱ در مقابل ۱۳۲.۵۳) و سبک دلبستگی ایمن داشتند. در مقابل، نوجوانان متهم سطوح بالاتری از سبک‌های اجتنابی (۱۷.۸۷ در مقابل ۶.۶۸) و اضطرابی (۱۸.۶۵ در مقابل ۶.۶۵) را گزارش کردند. نتایج آزمون t نمونه‌های مستقل، تفاوت‌های معناداری را در بلوغ اجتماعی (t= 16.79، P< 0.001) و سبک‌های دلبستگی، شامل نزدیکی (t= 13.57، P< 0.001)، وابستگی (t= -14.88، P< 0.001) و اضطراب (t= -16.28، P< 0.001) نشان داد. گروه‌ها در راهبردهای ارزیابی مجدد (t= 2.10، P= 0.039) تفاوت معناداری داشتند، اما در راهبردهای سرکوب (t= -1.01، P= 0.316) تفاوت معناداری نداشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که نوجوانان متهم به جرائم جنسی به دلیل بلوغ اجتماعی پایین و دلبستگی ناایمن آسیب‌پذیر هستند و تقویت مهارت‌های ارزیابی مجدد شناختی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در تنظیم هیجان و پیشگیری از رفتارهای پرخطر داشته باشد
