رابطه بین خودکشی و رفتارهای خودآسیب رسان با استفاده مشکل ساز از گوشی هوشمند در نوجوانان بستری در یک بیمارستان روان پزشکی

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به افزایش میزان رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان و افکار یا اقدام به خودکشی در بین نوجوانان، ما رابطه بین خودکشی و رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان را با استفاده مشکل‌ساز از تلفن هوشمند در نوجوانان بستری در بیمارستان روانپزشکی بررسی کردیم.
روش‌ کار: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی نوجوانان ۱۲ تا ۱۸ ساله بستری در بخش روانپزشکی کودک و نوجوان بیمارستان ابن سینا در مشهد، ایران، از دسامبر ۲۰۲۲ تا مارس ۲۰۲۳ انجام شد که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل چک لیست جمعیت‌شناختی، پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های رفتاری خودآسیب‌رسان، مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک، پرسشنامه خودآسیب‌رسان و مقیاس استفاده بیش از حد از تلفن همراه بود. ما داده‌ها را با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 16.0، شاخص‌های توصیفی، آزمون کای دو، آزمون تی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل کردیم.
 
نتایج: در این مطالعه، ۱۵۸ نوجوان (۹۱ نفر سابقه خودکشی و ۶۷ نفر سابقه خودکشی نداشتند) را ارزیابی کردیم. تفاوت بین دو گروه از نظر سابقه خودآزاری معنی‌دار بود (P<0.001). خطر خودکشی در گروه خودکشی بیشتر بود و این گروه استفاده مشکل‌ساز از تلفن همراه را بیشتر از گروه بدون اقدام به خودکشی داشتند (P<0.001). در گروه خودکشی، خطر خودکشی به طور قابل توجهی با اختلال شخصیت مرزی و استفاده مشکل‌ساز از تلفن همراه مرتبط بود (P<0.001). همچنین، استفاده از تلفن همراه به طور قابل توجهی با اختلال شخصیت مرزی در همه نوجوانان مرتبط بود (P<0.001).
نتیجه‌گیری: ما نشان دادیم که استفاده مشکل‌ساز از تلفن همراه با افزایش خطر اقدام به خودکشی در نوجوانان مرتبط است.
