بررسی رابطه‌ی سبک زندگی و تعهد زوجین با رضایت زناشویی در زنان

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه­ی سبک زندگی و تعهد زوجین با رضایت زناشویی در زنان متاهل می­باشد.
روش­کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری آن شامل زنان مراجعه­کننده به چند مرکز مشاوره در سطح شهرستان مشهد بودند که برای دریافت خدمات مشاوره­ای به این مراکز مراجعه نموده بودند. تعداد 200 نفر از آنان به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، شامل پرسش­نامه­ها­ی رضایت زناشویی انریچ (انریچ 1986)، تعهد زناشویی آدامز و جونز و سبک زندگی ارتقاءدهنده­ی سلامتی (والکسر 1990) بود. داده­ها با آزمون­های آماری توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین سبک زندگی و تعهد زوجین با رضایت زناشویی در بین زنان متاهل، رابطه­ی مثبت معنی داری وجود دارد (05/0>P).
نتیجه­گیری: می­توان از طریق آموزش تغییر سبک زندگی به زوجین کمک کرد تا با انتخاب سبک زندگی درست، باعث افزایش رضایت زناشویی خود گردند.
