مقدمه: عوامل اجتماعی متعددی در اختلال وسواسی-اجباری نقش بازی میکنند و نوع رفتار و هیجانات خانواده درارتباط با بیمار از جمله عوامل مهم در شروع، شدت و عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری شناخته شده است. مطالعهی حاضر به منظور شناخت هیجانات درک شدهی بیمار در محیط خانواده انجام گرفته است. روشکار: مطالعهی حاضر از نوع کیفی میباشد که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بر روی 10 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی-اجباری انجام شد. در این مطالعه از روش Focus Group جهت جمعآوری دادهها استفاده شد. تمام اظهارات بیماران ضبط و کلمه به کلمه پیاده گردید. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج مطالعهی حاضر نشان داد که هیجانات ادراک شده بیماران در 4 حیطهی مربوط به هیجانات ابراز شده در خانواده شامل آمیختگی بیش از حد، انتقادگری، بیتوجهی و عدم حمایت عاطفی و خشونت طبقهبندی میشود و این هیجانات باعث برانگیختن احساساتی نظیر عدم اعتماد به نفس، احساس تحت کنترل بودن، نداشتن حریم شخصی، احساس درک نشدن، خشم وعصبانیت، احساس گناه و ناامیدی، احساس تنهایی، افسردگی، بیارزشی، بیتوجهی و طرد شدن، اضطراب و خودسرزنشی در بیماران شده بود. نتیجهگیری: هیجانات درک شدهی بیماران از سوی خانواده، گویای واکنشهای غیر انطباقی خانواده در ارتباط با بیمار میباشد که خود، تهدیدکنندهی سلامت بیماران و شکست نتایج درمانی و شدت و عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری میباشد. هیجانات درک شدهی بیماران به گونهای بیانگر عدم آموزش خانواده، عدم آشنایی آنان با ماهیت بیماریهای روانپزشکی و به نوعی آشفتگی روانی و ارتباطات ناسالم در محیط خانواده میباشد بنابراین برگزاری جلسات آموزش خانواده به عنوان پایه و مکمل درمان در پیشگیری از عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری باید مورد توجه درمانگران قرار گیرد.
