بررسی الگوی پیش‌بینی علایم اضطراب اجتماعی بر پایه عامل سرشتی بازداری رفتاری و عوامل شناختی

چکیده
مقدمه: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی الگوی پیش‌بینی علایم اضطراب اجتماعی بر پایه مولفه‌ تکاملی-سرشتی بازداری رفتاری و مولفه‌های شناختی بوده است. فرض بر این است که بازداری رفتاری به عنوان یکی از علل تاریخچه‌ای نوعی و فردی علایم اضطراب اجتماعی، به همراه مولفه‌های فردی و شناختی مانند سوگیری در توجه و تعبیر رخدادهای اجتماعی، موجب بروز علایم اضطراب اجتماعی می‌شود.
روش‌کار: در این پژوهش مقطعی، در سال 91-1390 تعداد 408 دانشجوی شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. این دانشجویان، پرسش‌نامه‌های بازداری رفتاری بزرگسالان، گذشته‌نگر بازداری رفتاری،  کانون توجه، پیامدهای رویدادهای منفی اجتماعی و اضطراب اجتماعی را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با روش‌ تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه‌ی خطی گام به گام با کمک نرم‌افزارSPSS  نسخه‌ی 16 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: تمامی متغیرها، به طور معنی‌داری با اضطراب اجتماعی همبستگی داشتند (05/0 P<). هم‌چنین متغیرهای سرشتی و شناختی در بروز علایم اضطراب اجتماعی تاثیر معنی‌داری داشتند. در نهایت الگوی پیش‌بینی که در آن بازداری رفتاری به همراه عوامل شناختی موجب بروز علایم اضطراب اجتماعی می‌گردد، مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان از ابزارهای پژوهش به عنوان وسیله‌ای برای پیش‌بینی و در نهایت غربالگری افراد در معرض ابتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی بهره برد. هم‌چنین با توجه به تاثیر عوامل شناختی در بروز علایم اضطراب اجتماعی، می‌توان آموزش‌های مبتنی بر شکل‌گیری باورها و دیدگاه‌های متناسب و منطقی را از سنین پایه شروع کرده و این آموزش‌ها را در درمان نیز به کار برد.
