مقدمه: نظریهی دلبستگی بزرگسالان، نظریهی مهمی برای روابط همسران و رضایت زناشویی آنان است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رضایت زناشویی همسران با توجه به ابعاد اضطراب و اجتناب دلبستگی آنان بود. روشکار: جامعهی آماری این پژوهش همبستگی، زوجهای شهر اصفهان در سال 1391 بودند که در همایشهای خانوادگی و برنامههای آموزشی و تربیتی فرهنگسراهای این شهر شرکت نموده و حداقل یک سال از ازدواج آنها گذشته و در یک سال اخیر با رویدادهای تنشزا در زندگی مشترک مواجه نشده بودند. 242 زوج به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از شاخص رضایت زناشویی (CSI) و پرسشنامهی تجدید نظر شدهی تجارب در روابط نزدیک (ECR-R) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از SPSS-18 و به کمک تحلیل خوشهای، تحلیل واریانس تکمتغیره و چندمتغیره و مدل معادلهی ساختاری تحلیل شد. یافتهها: از نظر رضایت زناشویی هر دو همسر، چهار گروه همسران زن ناراضی، همسران درمانده، همسران راضی، و همسران سرزنده مشخص شدند که از نظر رضایت زناشویی زن و شوهر با یکدیگر تفاوت معنیدار داشتند (001/0>P). همچنین گروههای چهارگانهی همسران از نظر اضطراب (001/0>P) و اجتناب (001/0>P) دلبستگی زن و شوهر با یکدیگر تفاوت معنیداری داشتند. بررسی بر اساس مدل وابستگی متقابل خود-شریک، اثر خود و اثر همسر بر رضایت زناشویی زن و شوهر، مشخص نمود که هم در زن و هم در شوهر، ابعاد دلبستگی، رضایت زناشویی را کاهش میدهد (05/0>P). همچنین اجتناب دلبستگی همسر بر کاهش رضایت زناشویی فرد، تاثیر دارد (01/0>P). نتیجهگیری: بر اساس سبک دلبستگی همسران میتوان رضایت زناشویی آنها را پیشبینی نمود. همچنین رضایت زناشویی تحت تاثیر سیستم دلبستگی خود و همسر است.
