اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و اضطراب اجتماعی در زنان سرپرست خانواده

چکیده

مقدمه: تعداد زنان سرپرست خانوار در ایران به دلیل تغییرات قابل توجه اجتماعی و جمعیتی در سال‌های اخیر افزایش یافته است. این زنان به دلیل مسئولیت‌های بالای زندگی خود، بیشتر در معرض آسیب‌های روانی هستند. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و اضطراب اجتماعی در زنان سرپرست خانواده پرداخت.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان سرپرست خانوار عضو خیریه «محبان الرضا» در مشهد، ایران، در سال 1402 بود. 30 شرکت‌کننده به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به مدت دو ماه، در جلسات هفتگی 90 دقیقه‌ای، درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی را دریافت کردند، در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله روانشناختی دریافت نکردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی اجتماعی (2000) و پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی (1996) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان‌دهنده تفاوت معنادار بین گروه‌ها در مرحله پس‌آزمون بود (0.05>P)، که نشان‌دهنده تأثیر مداخله بر بهبود خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و اضطراب در زنان سرپرست خانوار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: ما نشان دادیم که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی می‌تواند به عنوان یک رویکرد درمانی مؤثر برای بهبود خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی در زنان سرپرست خانوار عمل کند. این نتیجه اهمیت مداخلات مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی را برجسته می‌کند و بر لزوم توجه بیشتر به بهزیستی روان‌شناختی این گروه از زنان تأکید دارد.
