تدوین بسته آموزشی مهارت های مقابله ای و اثربخشی آن بر آگاهی، نگرش و رفتار در مورد تعارضات گروهی در نوجوانان پسر

چکیده

مقدمه: این مطالعه به تعارضات گروهی در میان نوجوانان ایرانی می­پردازد و بسته آموزشی برای ارتقای مهارتهای مقابله­ای، آگاهی، نگرش ها و رفتارها تهیه می کند.
روش‌ کار: این پژوهش به روش ترکیبی، داده‌ها را از فروردین 1402 تا اسفند 1403در شهر تهران جمع‌آوری کرد. بخش کیفی شامل مرور سیستماتیک و مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته برای شناسایی مهارتها بود. بخش کمی شامل یک روش دلفی برای اعتبارسنجی بسته است. 365 نوجوان به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و پرسشنامه خشونت جمعی رمزی را تکمیل کردند.   30.  نفر از افراد دارای بالاترین امتیاز در خشونت جمعی به طور تصادفی در دو گروه شاهد و آزمون قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمون به مدت ده هفته در 20 جلسه آموزش دریافت کردند. یک هفته بعد، هر دو گروه دوباره پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. داده­های کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای استقرایی و داده­های کمی با تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره با SPSS 21 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: کدهای کیفی استخراج‌شده شامل آموزش عملی، مهارت‌های مقابله، مهارت‌های شناختی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی و اجتماعی، مدیریت زمان و استرس، تصمیم‌گیری و تاب‌آوری، خودکنترلی و خلاقیت، مقابله با بحران و نگرانی و مقابله با تغییرات و فشارها بود. در پس­آزمون، افزایش معنیداری در آگاهی (76/9- t=، 001/0= P)، بهبود نگرش­ها (17/10-= t، 001/0= P) و کاهش رفتارهای مرتبط با تعارض (73/5=t،   P=). 0.001). مشاهده شد که حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنادار آموزش مهارت­های مقابله­ای بر آگاهی، نگرش و رفتار نوجوانان پسر در مورد تعارضات گروهی است.
نتیجه گیری: بسته آموزشی راهبردهای مقابله­ای نوجوانان را برای مدیریت تعارضات گروهی بهبود بخشید.
