مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت و درمان متمرکز بر هیجان بر بهزیستی روانی دانش‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانی با اقدام به خودکشی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر را با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت (CFT) و درمان متمرکز بر هیجان (EFT) بر بهزیستی روانی دانش‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانی با اقدام به خودکشی انجام دادیم.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانش‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانی بود که در سال 92-92 اقدام به خودکشی کرده و به مرکز مشاوره شهر بجنورد مراجعه کردند. 45 دانش‌آموز به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در سه گروه CFT، EFT و کنترل قرار گرفتند. شرکت کنندگان پرسشنامه بهزیستی ذهنی کییز و ماگیار-مو (2003) را تکمیل کردند. گروه‌های آزمایشی مداخلات را در هشت جلسه نود دقیقه‌ای دریافت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های MANCOVA، ANOVA و SPSS نسخه 20 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات سه گروه در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری در بهزیستی اجتماعی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (01/0> P). در حالی که میانگین نمره بهزیستی روانی در گروه CFT بالاتر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: ما به این نتیجه رسیدیم که درمان متمرکز بر شفقت و درمان متمرکز بر هیجان تأثیر معناداری بر بهزیستی روانی دارند، در حالی که درمان متمرکز بر شفقت بر بهزیستی روان در دانش‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانی با اقدام به خودکشی مؤثرتر است.
