کیفیت خواب پرستاران ایرانی: یک مطالعه کشوری و مقطعی

چکیده

مقدمه: کیفیت خواب پرستاران یک موضوع مهم در ارتباط با کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار است. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی کیفیت خواب پرستاران ایرانی پرداخته است.
روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 920 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان‌های 6 شهر ایران که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پرستاران پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و شاخص کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون تی، آزمون مجذور خی، تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه و SPSS نسخه 24 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نمره کل کیفیت خواب 58/3 ± 86/7 از 21 بود. 73/71 درصد از پرستاران کیفیت خواب ضعیفی داشتند. شایع ترین مشکلات، اختلال خواب و کارایی خواب بود. کیفیت خواب با سطح تحصیلات همبستگی مثبت و با داشتن شغل دوم همبستگی منفی داشت (05/0P<). سایر متغیرهای شغلی و جمعیت شناختی با کیفیت خواب رابطه آماری معنی داری نداشتند (05/0 P>). نوبت کاری و کار در دو بیمارستان عوامل پیش بینی کننده کیفیت پایین خواب پرستاران بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: ما به این نتیجه رسیدیم که کیفیت خواب نامناسب یکی از مشکلات سلامت پرستاران ایرانی است. دلیل اصلی کیفیت پایین خواب آنها، راندمان کم خواب و اختلالات خواب زیاد است.
