ارزیابی روان‌سنجی و اعتبارسنجی فرم الکترونیکی مقیاس فرآیند ذهن آگاهی کاربردی در بین دانشجویان

چکیده

مقدمه: ذهن آگاهی یک متغیر کلیدی در روانشناسی مثبت گرا است که به سلامت و کیفیت زندگی دانش آموزان کمک می کند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ساختار عاملی و اعتبارسنجی فرم الکترونیکی این مقیاس در بین دانشجویان انجام شد.
روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401، 831 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های شهر بندرعباس به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. آنها مقیاس فرآیند ذهن آگاهی کاربردی (AMPS) و پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی پنج وجهی (FFMQ) را تکمیل کردند. روایی محتوایی، همزمان، سازه و پایایی درونی و نصف مقیاس با استفاده از روش های آماری با نرم افزارهای SPSS و لیزرل بررسی شد.
یافته ها: AMPS اعتبار محتوای قوی را با مقادیر نسبت اعتبار محتوا (CVR) از 0.80 تا 0.90 و مقادیر شاخص اعتبار محتوا (CVI) بین 0.85 و 0.95 برای 15 مورد خود نشان داد. همچنین بین مقیاس و FFMQ همبستگی مثبت و معنادار وجود داشت (79/0=r و 001/0 P<) که نشان دهنده روایی همزمان خوب است. ما سه عامل را با مقادیر ویژه بیش از یک نشان دادیم که 75.347 درصد از کل واریانس را از طریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی توضیح می‌دهد. این سه عامل تمرکز، تنظیم هیجان مثبت و تنظیم هیجان منفی بودند. پایایی درونی و دونیمه مقیاس نیز بالا بود (آلفای کرونباخ=0.939، ضریب تقسیم نصف گاتمن=0.840).
نتیجه‌گیری: مقیاس فرآیند ذهن‌آگاهی کاربردی ابزاری معتبر برای ارزیابی ذهن‌آگاهی است و می‌توان آن را در پژوهش‌ها و مداخلات ذهن‌آگاهی به کار برد.
