تحلیل علل رفتار مجرمانه زندانیان مرد در ایران: مطالعه موردی استان های کرمانشاه و کردستان

چکیده

مقدمه: رفتار مجرمانه یکی از موضوعاتی است که از دیرباز مورد توجه محققان و متخصصان علوم رفتاری بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی علل رفتار مجرمانه در زندانیان مرد استان های کرمانشاه و کردستان انجام شده است.
روش‌ کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی و از نوع تحلیل محتوا بود. مقوله ها با مصاحبه با 26 زندانی مرد و 10 کارشناس و بررسی 50 مقاله به دست آمد. علاوه بر مصاحبه، داده ها و پرونده بالینی زندانی نیز برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در رفتار مجرمانه در نظر گرفته شد. روش نمونه گیری در این پژوهش هدفمند است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در 3 مرحله کدگذاری باز، مرکزی و انتخابی انجام شد. اعتبار مولفه ها با محاسبه شاخص تحلیل محتوا بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: عوامل اصلی مؤثر بر رفتار مجرمانه شامل مولفه‌های روان‌شناختی، خانوادگی، فرهنگی- اجتماعی و معنوی است.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که عوامل مختلفی در بروز رفتار مجرمانه نقش دارند و شناسایی آنها در فرهنگ‌های مختلف امکان توسعه یک مداخله آموزشی یا درمانی را فراهم می‌کند.
