اثربخشی رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی بر ویژگی های خصمانه و رفتارهای پرخطر نوجوانان

چکیده

مقدمه: این مطالعه به بررسی اثربخشی رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی بر ویژگی‌های خصمانه و رفتارهای پرخطر در نوجوانان پرداخت.
روش‌ کار: در پژوهش حاضر، 20 نوجوان با رفتارهای پرخطر و مدارک خصمانه که در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 به مؤسسه روان‌شناسی هنر مشهد مراجعه کرده بودند، به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمون و شاهد تقسیم شدند. رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی به مدت 16 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای در هفته انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این مطالعه پرسشنامه رفتارهای پرخطر، اسناد خصمانه و مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته برای اختلالات بالینی بود. این پرسشنامه ها توسط افراد در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری یک ماهه تکمیل شد. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، تحلیل واریانس مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی توکی تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها، میانگین نمرات ویژگی‌های خصمانه و رفتارهای پرخطر در گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه شاهد کاهش معنی‌داری داشت (05/0> P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی تأثیر مثبتی بر ویژگی‌های خصمانه و رفتار پرخطر نوجوانان دارد.
