اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر اجتناب شناختی، نشخوار فکری و تنظیم هیجانی در افراد افسرده

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع افسردگی و لزوم درمان های موثر، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر نشخوار فکری، اجتناب شناختی و تنظیم هیجانی در افراد افسرده انجام شد.
 
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه افرادی تشکیل می‌دهند که در سال 1400 به کلینیک روان‌شناسی و مشاوره دانشگاه مشهد مراجعه کرده‌اند و از طریق مصاحبه بالینی مبتلا به افسردگی تشخیص داده شده‌اند. نمونه ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آنها به طور تصادفی در دو گروه درمان ذهن آگاهی و شاهد قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی بک-II (BDI-II)، مقیاس پاسخ نشخوارکننده (RRS)، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجانی (ERQ)، پرسشنامه اجتناب شناختی (CAQ) و مصاحبه های بالینی ساختاریافته برای اختلالات روانی (SCID-5CV) بود. داده ها با کمک آمار توصیفی، آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.
 
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تفاوت معنی‌داری در میانگین نمرات نشخوار فکری (001/0P<)، تنظیم هیجانی (001/0P<) و اجتناب شناختی (001/0P<) بین گروه‌های آزمون و شاهد وجود دارد. این بدان معناست که مداخله درمانی شدت اجتناب شناختی، اختلال در نظم عاطفی و نشخوار فکری را در افراد افسرده کاهش می دهد.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج می‌توان از شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی جهت کاهش نشخوار فکری و اجتناب شناختی و بهبود تنظیم هیجانی برای درمان افسردگی استفاده کرد.
