کی و چگونه دیگر نمی توانیم آن را تحمل کنیم؟ ترکیب موضوعی مطالعات کیفی جهانی در مورد تجربیات روانشناختی کارکنان مراقبت های بهداشتی در طول همه گیری COVID-19

چکیده

مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف استفاده از روش سنتز موضوعی برای بررسی تحقیقات کیفی در مورد تجربیات روان‌شناختی کارکنان بهداشت و درمان در طول همه‌گیری COVID-19 انجام شد.
 
روش‌ کار: از 218 مقاله انگلیسی که در پایگاه‌های PsycINFO، Web of Science، Medline و Google Scholar از سال 2019 تا 2021 یافت می‌شوند، 22 مقاله دارای معیارهای ورود بودند. فرآیند سنتز موضوعی بر اساس روش تحلیل توماس و هاردن در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، سازماندهی کدها به دسته های رایج و در نهایت ایجاد مضامین اصلی انجام شد.
 
یافته ها: پس از تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج، پنج موضوع اصلی شامل خستگی شفقت، عوامل مؤثر بر خستگی شفقت، رضایت از شفقت، عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت از شفقت و توصیه های راهبردی استخراج شد.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها، می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که کارکنان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در طول همه‌گیری کووید-19، هم خستگی شفقت و هم رضایت از شفقت را تجربه کردند. خستگی و رضایت از شفقت می تواند بر وضعیت روانی کارکنان مراقبت های بهداشتی و همچنین کیفیت مراقبتی که ارائه می کنند تأثیر بگذارد. عوامل زیربنایی هر دو مفهوم مورد بحث قرار گرفته و توصیه هایی ارائه شده است.
