مقدمه: سرمایه روانشناختی در موفقیت افراد در سازمانهای بهداشتی و درمانی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل اثر سرمایههای روانشناختی بر بهبود تابآوری در شرایط کرونا با نقش میانجی همدلی در پرستاران بود. روش کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1399 شامل 150 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان شهید مدرس شهرستان ساوه بودند که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 108 نفر انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه استاندارد بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس همدلی حاجیانی و مصلحی نیک و پرسشنامه سرمایه های روان شناختی لوتانز بودند. در تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، آزمون بوتاستراپ و نرمافزارهای SPSS نسخه 22 وLisrel8.8 استفاده شد. یافتهها: سرمایه روانشناختی بر بهبود تابآوری و همدلی پرستاران تأثیر معناداری دارد و مدل پژوهش از برازش خوبی برخوردار است (907/0 GFI =، 965/0 CFI =، 079/0RMSE = ). نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که افزایش سرمایه روانشناختی پرستاران منوط به افزایش سطح همدلی و تابآوری آنها است، مدیران و سرپرستاران بایستی پرستاران را در راستای اعتقاد به اهداف و ارزشهای محیط کاری و تلاش و همت بیشتر برای تعهد به سازمان تشویق نمایند.
