مقایسه تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر الگوی روانی-اجتماعی شک و تردید با درمان شناختی-رفتاری، بر شک و تردید در اختلال وسواس-اجبار در پرستاران

چکیده

مقدمه: شک و تردید نسبت به عملکرد خود، پیش بینی کننده نتایج عملکردی پرستاران و نحوه ارتباط آن‌ها با بیماران می باشد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر به مقایسه تأثیر درمان مبتی بر الگوی روانی-اجتماعی و درمان شناختی رفتاری بر کاهش میزان شک و تردید در پرستاران پرداخته است.
روش‌ کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر اصفهان در سال 1397-1398 است. 45 پرستار با نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه مساوی تقسیم شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته شک و تردید بود. برنامه درمانی مبتنی بر الگوی روانی – اجتماعی و درمان شناختی رفتاری طی 12 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای بر روی گروههای آزمون اجراگردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و  نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد درمان شناختی رفتاری و درمان مبتنی بر الگوی روانی اجتماعی بر کاهش شک و تردید در پرستاران تاثیر گذار است و بین این دو درمان تفاوت معناداری (0/05>P) وجود داشته و الگوی روانی اجتماعی. تاثیر بیشتری دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بنا بر نتایج، استفاده از درمان مبتنی بر الگوی روانی اجتماعی در مقایسه با درمان شناختی رفتاری بر کاهش  تردید پرستاران، موثرتر است.
