تدوین مدل ساختاری برای تبیین بهزیستی روان شناختی بر مبنای نیرومندی ایگو و ابعاد منفی نگرش به زمان

چکیده

مقدمه: بهزیستی روان شناختی در واقع جایگزین سلامت روان بوده و از اهمیت ویژه­ای در روان شناسی مثیت­گرا برخوردار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل ساختاری برای تبیین بهزیستی روان شناختی بر مبنای نیرومندی ایگو و ابعاد منفی نگرش به زمان بود.
روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی  از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه­ی دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل دانشگاه بوعلی سینا در سایت مرکزی در سال تحصیلی1398 -۱۳۹۷ بودند. با روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس، ۳۶۷ نفر انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه­های بهزیستی روان شناختی ریف (1989)، نگرش به زمان ملو و وورل (2010) و نیرومندی ایگو مارکستروم، سابینو، ترنر و برمن (1997)  پاسخ دادند. داده­ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود، به این معنی که نیرومندی ایگو می ­تواند بر بهزیستی روان شناختی با وساطت نگرش به زمان اثرگزار باشد، مقدار اثرگذاری در ابعاد مختلف به این قرار است: آینده­نگری منفی (29/1-b=، 001/0p=)، حال­نگری منفی (07/1-b=، 001/0p=)، گذشته­نگری منفی (76/0-b=، 041/0p=).
نتبجه­گیری: بنابراین افرادی که من ضعیفی دارند نگرش­های زمانی منفی داشته در نتیجه بهزیستی روان شناختی آن­ها پایین می­آید. بر این اساس می­توان نتیجه گرفت که با استفاده از راهکارهایی جهت پیشگیری از ضعف ایگو در افراد، می­توان نگرش­های منفی در آن­ها را کاهش داد در نتیجه از کاهش بهزیستی روان شناختی در آن­ها جلوگیری کرد.
