بررسی تاثیرآموزش مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به اختلالات شناختی با استفاده ازاپلیکیشن تلفن همراه بر فشار بارمراقبتی ناشی از نگهداری بیماران
مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیرآموزش مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به اختلالات شناختی با استفاده از اپلیکیشن تلفن همراه بر فشار مراقبتی ناشی از نگهداری بیماران انجام گردید.روش کار: در این مطالعه، 60 نفراز مراقبت کنندگان بیماران سالمند مبتلا به اختلالات شناختی در بیمارستان روان پزشکی ابن سینا شهر مشهد از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمون و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمون علاوه بر دریافت آموزش های معمول، از طریق اپلیکیشن تلفن همراه نیزآموزش هایی را دریافت نمودند ولی گروه شاهد فقط آموزش های معمول را دریافت نمودند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه فشار مراقبتی 22 سوالی زاریت بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS-16 استفاده شد.یافته ها: نمره فشار بارمراقبین بعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل از مداخله تفاوت معنیداری دارد (001/0>P). همچنین مقایسه میانگین نمره فشار بار مراقبتی بعد از مداخله بر حسب گروه و تحصیلات، گروه و جنسیت وهمچنین بر حسب گروه و نسبت مراقبین با سالمندان تفاوت معنیداری داشت. (p=0.037)، (p=0.16 )، (p=0.046). ولی در مقایسه میانگین نمره فشار بار مراقبتی بعد از مداخله از نظرگروه و مشکل حرکتی بیماران تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد(174/0=P).نتیجه گیری :آموزش با اپلیکیشن تلفن همراه می تواند درکاهش فشار بار مراقبتی مراقبین از بیماران سالمند مبتلا به اختلالات شناختی، اثر داشته باشد. همچنین میزان فشاربارمراقبتی براساس میزان تحصیلات، جنسیت و نسبت مراقبین با بیمار، متفاوت است. بنابراین استفاده از روش های آموزشی از طریق تلفن همراه که روشی کم هزینه می باشد در محیط های درمانی جهت بیماران و خانواده های آنها توصیه می گردد.

بررسی تغییرات بهزیستی در خلال مداخله شناختی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن(MBCT) در یک نمونه غیر بالینی: یک مطالعه فرایندی
مقدمه: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین بررسی تغییرات بهزیستی فضیلتگرا در خلال مداخله شناختی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن (MBCT) در یک نمونه غیر بالینی و بررسی فرایند تغییر متغیرهای تمرکززدایی و درک لذت، طراحی شد.روش کار: در این مطالعه، چهل دانشجوی دختر ساکن خوابگاه دانشگاه شاهد تهران در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 با نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و تصادفی در چهار گروه مداخله شناختی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن قرار گرفتند. پروتکل مداخلهای هشت جلسه نود دقیقهای بود. هر چهار گروه، پیش از مداخله و گروه اول بعد از دو هفته مداخله، گروه دوم بعد از چهار هفته، گروه سوم شش هفته بعد و گروه چهارم هشت هفته بعد از مداخله، پرسشنامههای بهزیستی ریف، تجربهها (EQ)، و باورهای درک لذت را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 18 ، و آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شد.یافته ها: ضریب بتای نمرهها پیش از مداخله و هفتههای دوم، چهارم، ششم و هشتم نشاندهندهی فرایند افزایشی بهزیستی در طی جلسات بود و در جلسه هشتم معنادار شد (01/0 =P). زیرمقیاسهای پذیرش خود و تمرکززدایی از جلسه چهارم روندی افزایشی داشت (به ترتیب 000/0 =P، 001/0 =P). خودمختاری و رشد فردی در جلسه ششم (به ترتیب01/0 =P ، 03/0 =P)، زندگی هدفمند در جلسه هشتم (03/0 =P) و متغیر درک لذت از جلسه هشتم (01/0 =P) معنیدار شدند.نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه از اثربخشی مداخله شناختی مبتنی بر حضورذهن برای افزایش بهزیستی حمایت نموده است.

اختلال وسواسی جبری ارتباطی (ROCD) در فرهنگ ایرانی: نشانه ها، علل و پیامدها
مقدمه: اختلال وسواسی جبری ارتباطی (ROCD)، اخیرا در سراسر جهان مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. اختلال ROCD، اختلال ناتوان کننده ای هست که تاثیرات منفی زیادی بر زندگی زوجین بر جای می گذارد. سوال پژوهش کنونی این بود که نشانه ها، علل و پیامدهای اختلال ROCD در نمونه ای از فرهنگ ایرانی چگونه است؟روش کار: در پژوهش کنونی، 47 فرد مشکوک به اختلال ROCD مورد مصاحبه کیفی قرار گرفتند. نسخه پژهشی مصاحبه ساختاریافته بالینی برای DSM-5 (SCID-5-RV)، ابزار مطالعه کنونی بود. افراد نمونه از دانشگاه های مختلف تهران از قبیل دانشگاه تهران، شهیدبهشتی، تربیت مدرس، شاهد، خوارزمی، امیرکبیر، صنعتی شریف و خواجه نصیر در بازه زمانی 2018 تا 2020 بر اساس نمونه گیری نظری و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. روش تحلیل دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه کیفی پژوهش کنونی، بر اساس گراندد تئوری با رویکرد گلایزر بود که به صورت دستی نتایج جمع آوری و کدگذاری شدند.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که اختلال ROCD نتیجه سه مقولهی افکار تکرار شونده راجع به ویژگی های همسر، افکار تکرار شونده راجع به همسر و رفتارهای تکراری راجع به همسر است. فاکتورهای زیربنایی عبارت بود از باورهای وسواسی، شرایط محیطی و اختلالات دیگر، و فاکتورهای آشکارساز عبارت بودند از موقعیت های محرک محیطی و افکار یا تصاویر ذهنی. پیامدهای کوتاه مدت، تفکر، هیجان و رفتار خاص را در بر گرفت؛ و پیامدهای طولانی مدت، تاثیر بر همسر فرد و نشانه های افسردگی و پرخاشگری را شامل شد.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج، می توان گفت بر اساس چهارچوب DSM-5، ROCD نوعی از اختلال OCD با تم ارتباطی به شمار می رود.

اثربخشی تئاتردرمانی بر مهارتهای عاطفی افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی
مقدمه: تئاتردرمانی یکی از روشهای درمانی مؤثر در آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی میباشد. به دلیل نقص در مهارتهای کلامی و غیرکلامی بدن، تنظیم و ابراز هیجانات و درنتیجه متأثر سازی رضایت از زندگی افراد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر تئاتردرمانی بر مهارتهای هیجانی این افراد انجام شد.روش کار: نمونه های این مطالعه کار آزمایی بالینی به صورت تصادفی ساده از بین بیماران مراجعهکننده به مرکز کاردرمانی اعصاب و روان آتیه سمنان انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. تئاتر درمانی در یک برنامهی 8 جلسهای طی دو هفته به مدت 60 دقیقه بهصورت گروهی اجرا شد. پرسشنامههای هوش هیجانی بار-آن قبل و بعد از مداخله در هر دو گروه انجام شد و نتایج پس از بررسی نرمالیتی طبق آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی بررسی شدند.یافتهها: در این مطالعه 20 فرد مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی که شامل 6 نفر خانم و 14 نفر مرد شرکت کردند. هر یک از افراد بهصورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه درمان و کنترل به تعداد 10 نفر (گروه درمان شامل 5 خانم و 5 آقا، گروه کنترل 1 خانم و 9 آقا) قرار گرفتند. بررسی دادهها نشان داد تفاوت معنیداری در هیچیک از این خرده مقیاسهای پرسشنامههای هوش هیجانی بار-آن در گروه درمان در مقایسه با کنترل با سطح معناداری 5 درصد دیده نشد.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه میتوان عنوان کرد تئاتردرمانی در این گروه از بیماران تأثیر چندانی بر هوش هیجانی ندارد؛ اما میتوان ازاینروش بهصورت مکمل در جهت تغییر رفتار، کاهش علائم افسردگی با استفاده از روشهای مختلف مانند ارائه خود، انحراف از نقش و پیشبینی آینده که به آنها برای صحبت و بازی با دیگران انگیزه میدهد، منجر شود، استفاده کرد.

مقایسه فرآیندهای شناختی و تکانشی در افراد چاق و غیر چاق
مقدمه: شناسایی عوامل شناختی و رفتاری عامل چاقی و اضافه وزن و نیز متغیرهای موثر بر روند درمان می تواند به بهبود روند درمان چاقی و دستیابی به نتایج درمانی طولانی مدت کمک کند. روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1398، 100 داوطلب زن به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور مساوی به دو گروه افراد دارای اضافه وزن و چاق و افراد با وزن طبیعی تقسیم شدند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه در هر گروه از نرم افزار G*Power استفاده شد. در هر گروه، ارتباط ضمنی مثبت، ظرفیت حافظه کاری و تکانشگری اندازهگیری شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره با کنترل اثر سن، تاثیر گروه را بر ارقام ارتباط ضمنی مثبت (59/0=P، 28/0=F) و ظرفیت حافظه کاری (74/0=P، 10/0=F) نشان داد. به عبارت دیگر، گروه های چاق و غیر چاق از نظر ارتباط ضمنی مثبت و ظرفیت حافظه کاری تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند اما نتایج برای متغیر تکانشگری از نظر آماری معنیدار بود (03/0=P، 06/7=F). نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که تکانشگری به عنوان یک ویژگی شخصیتی، نقش مهمی در موفقیت یا شکست رژیم گیرندگان دارد. افراد با شاخص توده بدنی بالا که به عنوان چاق طبقه بندی می شوند، بیشتر احتمال دارد که تکانشگری را تجربه کنند.

بررسی فعالیت سیستم مغزی رفتاری بر شدت درد با نقش میانجی انعطاف پذیری شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن
مقدمه: هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی فعالیت سیستم مغزی رفتاری بر شدت درد با نقش میانجی انعطاف پذیری شناختی در بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن می باشد.روش کار : در این مطالعه، تعداد 200 نفر بیمار مبتلا به انواع دردهای مزمن که در سال 1399 به کلینیک های تخصصی و مطب های پزشکان متخصص مغز و اعصاب شهر زاهدان، مراجعه کرده بودند، با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان پرسشنامه جکسون، مقیاس انعطافپذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال، و پرسشنامه میزان درد ون کورف وهمکاران (1992) را تکمیل نمودند. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر، و نرم افزارهای SPSS22 و AMOS تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: ابعاد سیستم مغزی رفتاری با شدت درد ارتباط معنیداری دارند. بطوریکه با سیستم فعال سازی رفتاری (BAS)رابطه معکوس و معنی دار و با سیستم بازداری رفتاری (BIS) رابطه مثبت و معنیداری داشت. همچنین انعطافپذیری شناختی و شدت درد نیز با یکدیگر رابطه غیرمستقیم دارند؛ بنابراین می توان گفت با بالا رفتن انعطاف پذیری شناختی بیماران، نمره شدت درد آنان کمتر می شود. همچنین انعطاف پذیری شناختی نقش میانجی بین مولفه های جنگ (FFFS ) ایفا نمیکند ولی میانجی بین سیستم بهت و گریز (FFS ) با شدت درد است (05/0>P).نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، بین سیستم بازدارنده رفتار و انعطاف پذیری شناختی و شدت درد رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد. همچنین انعطاف پذیری شناختی به عنوان متغیر میانجی بر دو مولفه بازداری و ترس و بهت، موثر است.

رابطه علّی صفات شخصیت و بهزیستی روانشناختی با کیفیت زندگی کاری ازطریق میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در پرستاران
مقدمه : پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی رابطه علّی صفات شخصیت و بهزیستی روانشناختی با کیفیت زندگی کاری ازطریق میانجیگری حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در پرستاران شاغل شهر دزفول انجام شده است. روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های شهر دزفول در سال 1398 تشکیل دادند. از بین جامعه آماری 120 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های حمایت اجتماعی زیمن و همکارانش(1988)، ویژگی های شخصیتی (NEO)، بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989)، کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (2003) استفاده شد. ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر انجام گرفت.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مسیرهای مستقیم صفات شخصیت، بهزیستی روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده به کیفیت زندگی کاری و همچنین صفات شخصیت و بهزیستی روانشناختی به حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بودند(001/0< p). به علاوه نتایج نشان داد رابطه غیرمستقیم صفات شخصیت و بهزیستی روانشناختی از طریق حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با کیفیت زندگی کاری معنی دار بودند (001/0< p).نتیجه گیری: در مجموع، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که به نظر می رسد کیفیت زندگی کاری از عوامل بسیاری از جمله صفات شخصیت، بهزیستی روانشناختی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده تاثیر می پذیرد.

اثر بخشی طرحواره درمانی بر تحمل پریشانی وتاب آوری ماداران دارای دانش آموز کم توان ذهنی
مقدمه:وجود فرزند کم توان ذهنی در خانواده تاثیرات منفی و جبران ناپذیری بر والدین بالاخص مادران به جای می گذارد. هدف از این پژوهش اثربخشی طرحواره در مانی بر تحمل پریشانی و تاب آوری مادران دارای دانش آموز کم توان ذهنی در شهر زاهدان بود.روش کار: در پژوهش حاضر 30مادر دارای دانش آموز کم توان ذهنی ،که در مدارس استثنائی ناحیه 1و 2 این شهر در سال 1399 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل، و آزمایش مبتنی بر طرحواره درمانی تقسیم شدند. سپس تمامی شرکت کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخله دو پرسشنامه تحمل پریشانی و پرسشنامه تابآوری (کانر و دیویدسون) را تکمیل نموده وگروه آزمایشی نیز به مدت 8 جلسه دو ساعته تحت آموزش مبتنی بر طرحواره درمانی قرار گرفتند. در این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss (نسخه 22) و شاخص های توصیفی، تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و تک متغیره تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد طرحوارهدرمانی بر تحمل پریشانی وتاب آوری موثر است. بدین صورت که این درمان توانسته است تحمل پریشانی وتاب آوری مادران را افزایش دهد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های به دست آمده میتوان طرحوارهدرمانی را به عنوان یک روش کارا جهت افزایش تحمل پریشانی و تاب آوری در مادران دارای دانش آموزکم توان ذهنی پیشنهاد داد.
