مقایسه اثربخشی درمان ذهنآگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و معنویت درمانی برسلولهای CD4 بیماران ایدز
مقدمه: عوامل روانشناختی، نقش مهمی در سببشناسی بیماری ایدز ایفا میکنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی ذهنآگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و معنویت درمانی بر تعداد سلولهای CD4 بیماران ایدز بود.روش کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه بالینی شامل افراد مبتلا به ایدز در مراکز بهداشت شهریاردر سال 1397 بود. با روش در دسترس تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب شده و در 3 گروه 15 نفره (دو گروه آزمون و یک گروه شاهد) جایگزین شدند. سپس گروه درمانی ذهنآگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و گروه معنویتدرمانی در8 جلسه یک و نیم ساعته اجرا شده و گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 تحلیل شدند.یافتهها: ذهنآگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و معنویت درمانی بر افزایش CD4 بیماران ایدز تاثیر معنیداری داشته اند. البته میزان تاثیر ذهنآگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس بر افزایش سلول CD4 بیشتر از معنویت درمانی بوده است.نتیجهگیری: به نظر می رسد ذهنآگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس و معنویت درمانی بر افزایش سلول CD4 اثربخش بوده اند و می توانند در بیماران مبتلا به ایدز در کنار درمان پزشکی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی مقیاس مقیاس ذهنی سازی در دانشجویان
مقدمه: ذهنی سازی نوعی از شناخت اجتماعی است که توسط آن توانایی درک و تفسیر رفتار خود و دیگران مشخص میشود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی مقیاس ذهنی سازی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی انجام شد.روش کار: در این مطالعه از میان دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در سال 1398 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان ، 176 نفر به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مقیاس ذهنی سازی را تکمیل نمودند. پس از بررسی روایی محتوایی مقیاس ذهنی سازی، از همبستگی نمرهها با نمره کل و همبستگی خرده مقیاسها استفاده شد. برای تعیین ساختار عاملی از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد. روایی همگرا برای بررسی رابطه ذهنی سازی و همدلی بود. برای تعیین همسانی درونی، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب تنصیفی و روش بازآزمایی استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان دهنده تایید روایی محتوایی، روایی همگرایی بین همدلی و ذهنی سازی معنی دار بود. همبستگی گویهها با نمره کل بین 12/0 تا 49/0 و معنی دار بود (001/0>P). نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، مقیاس را 3 عاملی و واریانس کل سوالات را 38/34 تبیین نمود. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب پایایی بازآزمایی و ضریب پایایی تنصیفی به ترتیب 63/0، 36/0 و 66/0 به دست آمد.نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، مقیاس ذهنی سازی ابزاری با روایی و پایایی مناسب برای سنجش ذهنی سازی می باشد.

بررسی اثربخشی آموزش رفتار برنامه ریزی شده بر اعتیادپذیری، خودبازداری و خطرپذیری دانشجویان
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش رفتار برنامه ریزی شده بر اعتیادپذیری، خودبازداری و خطرپذیری اجرا شد.روش کار: جامعه آماری این مطالعه شامل تمام دانشجو معلمان دوره کارشناسی شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بود. تعداد 24 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و در دو گروه آموزش رفتار برنامه ریزی شده (12 نفر) و گروه شاهد (12 نفر) جایگزین شدند. اطلاعات پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه های اعتیاد پذیری زرگر (1385)، خودبازداری وینبرگر و شوارتز (1990) و خطرپذیری محمدی وهمکاران (1386) جمعآوری گردید. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 22، تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بن فرونی تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد آموزش رفتار برنامه ریزی شده بر اعتیادپذیری، خودبازداری و خطرپذیری دانشجو معلمان تاثیر معنی داری (01/0>P) دارد که این تاثیر بعد از دو ماه پیگیری نیز ادامه داشت.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج، به نظر می رسد که آموزش رفتار برنامه ریزی شده در پیشگیری از اعتیاد جوانان، موثر است.

پیش بینی کنندههای رضایت زناشویی: مطالعه موردی کرمانشاه و همدان
مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش بررسی و مقایسه عوامل پیشبینیکننده رضایت زناشویی در میان افراد متأهل شهر کرمانشاه و همدان بود.روش کار: این پژوهش با روش ترکیبی (طرح اکتشافی متوالی) در دو مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول (کیفی)، ابتدا با 67 زن و مرد متأهل با زندگی زناشویی موفق به شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند، مصاحبه شد. دادهها با روش تحلیل محتوا تحلیل و 20 عامل رضایت زناشویی شناسایی شدند. در مرحله دوم (کمی) پرسشنامهای116سوالی برای بررسی اثر احتمالی20 عامل شناسایی شده تدوین شد. سپس با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای 372 نفر فرد متأهل از شهرهای همدان (200 نفر) و کرمانشاه (172 نفر) انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان به پرسشنامههای رضایت زناشویی اینریچ و پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته عوامل رضایت زناشویی (116 سوالی) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل دادهها با تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون گام به گام انجام شد.یافتهها: متغیرهای ابراز احساسات، اعتماد، واقعبینی/پذیرش، و احترام، به ترتیب مهمترین پیشبینیکنندههای رضایت زناشویی در میان متأهلین شهر همدان بوده و 60% از واریانس رضایت زناشویی را پیشبینی نمودند. مهمترین پیشبینیکنندهها در میان زوجهای شهر کرمانشاه به ترتیب ابراز احساسات، اعتماد، و احترام بودند و 31% از واریانس رضایت زناشویی را پیشبینی کردند. همچنین، متغیرهای ابراز احساسات، اعتماد، احترام، مشورت، قدرشناسی، و ابراز رضایت از زندگی، به ترتیب مهمترین پیشبینیکنندههای رضایت زناشویی در میان متأهلین بوده و 51% واریانس رضایت زناشویی را پیشبینی کردند.نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای مطالعه حاضر، توجه و رشد متغیرهای ابراز احساسات، اعتماد، احترام، مشورت، قدرشناسی، و ابراز رضایت از زندگی میتواند میزان رضایت زناشویی را افزایش دهد.

مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر رضایت جنسی زنان مبتلا به اختلال واژینیسموس
مقدمه: با توجه به تأثیر واژینیسموس بر رضایت جنسی و استفاده از درمانهای مؤثر، پژوهش حاضر به مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و آموزش درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر رضایت جنسی زنان مبتلا به اختلال واژینیسموس پرداخت.روش کار: در پژوهش حاضر، چهل و پنج زن مبتلا به واژینیسموس مراجعه کننده به کلینیک مشاوره جنسی رهیاب مشهد از مهر تا آبان 1397 به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در سه گروه شاهد، شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و درمان شناختی- رفتاری تقسیم شدند. سپس تمامی شرکت کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخله پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی (SSQ) را تکمیل کردند. گروه های آزمون به مدت 8 جلسه دو ساعته در هفته تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. در این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده ها با استفاده از شاخص های توصیفی، تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و تک متغیره تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج مقایسه اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر رضایت زناشویی در تمامی ابعاد نشان داد که شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی تأثیر بیشتری بر ابعاد رضایت جنسی دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که هر دو روش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر رضایت جنسی تأثیر دارند.نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج بهنظر میرسد که شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی نسبت به درمان شناختی-رفتاری تأثیر بیشتری بر رضایت جنسی دارد و استفاده از آن در کلینیکهای روانشناسی توصیه میشود.

مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش، پیشبینی رفتار اخلاقی براساس هوش اخلاقی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی با میانجیگری سازه خود-فراروی بود.روش کار: جامعهی آماری این مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی شامل تمام دانشجویان دانشگاه بوعلی سینا در سال تحصیلی 400-1399 بود. تعداد 285 نفر، مقیاسهای رفتار اخلاقی، هوش اخلاقی، شخصیت هگزاکو و مقیاس خود - فراروی را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل دادهها با مدل معادلات ساختاری با نرمافزار لیزرل انجام شد.یافته ها: مدل پیشنهادی با دادههای تجربی برازش مناسبی دارد (94= GFI، 93= IFI، 95= CFI). نتایج تحلیل ضرایب رگرسیونی در مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که اثر هوش اخلاقی (01/0, P< 41/0β= )، صداقت- فروتنی (01/0, P< 27/0 β=)، وظیفهشناسی (01/0, P< 30/0 β=) و تجربهگرایی (01/0, P< 24/0 β=) بر خود-فراروی، و اثر هوش اخلاقی (01/0, P< 49/0β= )، صداقت- فروتنی (01/0, P< 25/0 β=)، وظیفهشناسی (01/0, P< 23/0 β=) و تجربهگرایی (01/0, P< 21/0 β=) و اثر خود-فراروی (01/0, P< 43/0 β=) بر رفتار اخلاقی مثبت و معنادار بودند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون سوبل نشان داد که متغیر خود - فراروی در ارتباط بین هوش اخلاقی (01/0, P< 30/7 Z=)، و صداقت- فروتنی (01/0, P< 29/5 Z=)، وظیفهشناسی (01/0, P< 61/4 Z=) و تجربه گرایی (01/0, P< 16/4 Z=) با رفتار اخلاقی نقش واسطهای معناداری دارد.نتیجهگیری: به نظر می رسد خود-فراروی نقش میانجی در رابطه میان هوش اخلاقی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی با رفتار اخلاقی بازی میکند. یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند تلویحات تازهای در زمینه رفتار اخلاقی در موقعیتهای گوناگون به همراه داشته باشد.

مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمان متمرکز بر شفقت و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد غنی شده با شفقت بر سازگاری اجتماعی زنان دچار افسردگی و تعارضات زناشویی
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) و درمان متمرکز بر شفقت (CFT) و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد غنی شده با شفقت بر سازگاری اجتماعی زنان متاهل دچار افسردگی و تعارضات زناشویی انجام گردید.روش کار: جامعه آماری شامل زنان متاهل دچار افسردگی و تعارضات زناشویی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر مشهد در نیمسال دوم 1399 بود که با نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه آزمون و گروه شاهد قرار گرفتند. مداخله به صورت گروهی در 8 جلسه آموزشی 90 دقیقهای برای گروههای آزمون اجرا گردید و گروه شاهد مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. هر چهار گروه قبل مداخله، پایان مداخله و 30 روز پس از مداخله به پرسشنامه سنجش بل فرم بزرگسال (سازگاری اجتماعی) پاسخ دادند. دادهها با تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیری و آنالیز واریانس برای اندازههای تکراری تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: بین میانگین پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری سازگاری اجتماعی در گروه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، درمان متمرکز بر شفقت، پذیرش و تعهد غنی شده با شفقت و شاهد، تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت ( 001/0=P). همچنین بین سازگاری اجتماعی در مرحله پسآزمون گروههای مذکور، اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت و گروه پذیرش و تعهد غنی شده با شفقت، تفاوت بیشتری نشان داد.نتیجهگیری: درمانهای مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و متمرکز بر شفقت و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد غنی شده با شفقت، بر سازگاری اجتماعی موثر هستند و تاثیر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد غنی شده با شفقت برسازگاری اجتماعی، بیشتر است.

بررسی عوامل مرتبط با روش های خودکشی و اقدام به خودکشی در یزد، ایران
مقدمه: خودکشی یکی از نگرانی های بهداشتی جهانی است و شیوع آن در بیشتر کشورها از جمله ایران رو به افزایش است. افزایش میزان خودکشی علی رغم برنامه های پیشگیری از خودکشی، نیاز به ارزیابی عوامل موثر در اقدام به خودکشی را نشان می دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین عوامل خطر مختلف و روش های خودکشی در شهرستان یزد انجام شد.روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی از خرداد ماه 1397 تا خرداد ماه 1398 در بیمارستانهای آموزشی و پزشکی قانونی شهرستان یزد انجام شده و افرادی که خودکشی داشته اند وارد مطالعه شدند. سوابق پزشکی این افراد، بررسی شده و رابطه بین روش خودکشی و عواملی همچون سن، جنسیت، تحصیلات، وضعیت تاهل، اعتیاد، محل زندگی، سابقه بیماریهای روان پزشکی، سابقه خودکشی در خود و یا خانواده، زمان و فصل خودکشی ارزیابی شد.یافته ها: دراین بررسی تعداد 60 نفر با میانگین سنی 37.43 سال وارد مطالعه شدند که اکثر آنها زن بودند (68.3 درصد). اکثر افراد سابقه اقدام به خودکشی (54.5 درصد) داشته و بیشتر خودکشی ها در طول شب (42.4 درصد) رخ داده است. علاوه بر این، بیشتر خودکشی ها در تابستان (46.7٪) اتفاق افتاده و حلق آویز شدن (55٪) شایعترین نوع اقدام به خودکشی بوده است. تنها جنسیت با روش خودکشی ارتباط معنی داری داشت (P=0.001).نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که بیشتر موارد خودکشی، توسط زنان صورت گرفته و خودآویختگی متداول ترین روش خودکشی است. جنسیت تنها عامل مرتبط با روش خودکشی بود.
