مدل علّی اضطراب اجتماعی دانشجویان براساس سیستم های مغزی رفتاری با میانجی گری راهبردهای نظم جویی شناختی هیجان
مقدمه: اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی یکی از شایعترین اختلالات اضطرابی است و مطالعه درباره سبب شناسی این اختلال از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی نقش سیستم های فعال سازی و بازداری رفتاری(BAS/BIS) در نشانه های اضطراب اجتماعی با توجه به نقش اثرات میانجی راهبردهای نظمجویی شناختی هیجان است.روش کار: در این مطالعه همبستگی- تحلیلی، 282 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد قوچان در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 با استفاده از روش خوشه ای چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه های مقیاس بازداری/ فعال سازی رفتاری کارور و وایت (1994)، هراس اجتماعی کانور (SPIN) و نظم جویی شناختی هیجان (گارنسفکی،گرایج و اسپینهاون،2002)، پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده ها با روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری، انجام شد.یافته ها: رابطه مستقیم سیستم بازداری رفتاری با اضطراب اجتماعی ( 05/0p < ،29/0=β)، و بازداری رفتاری با راهبردهای نظم جویی شناختی هیجان ( 05/0p < ، 34/0=β) مثبت و معنیدار است. اثر مستقیم سیستم فعال ساز رفتاری با اضطراب اجتماعی ( 05/0p < ، 19/0-β= ) منفی و معنیدار است. ارزیابی مدل ساختاری با استفاده از شاخص های آماری نشان داد که اثر غیر مستقیم سیستم بازداری رفتاری با اضطراب اجتماعی معنیدار بوده در حالی که اثر غیر مستقیم سیستم فعال سازی رفتاری با اضطراب اجتماعی معنیدار نیست. یافته ها از برازندگی مناسب ساختار فرضی، بین متغیرهای پژوهش حمایت کرد.نتیجه گیری: به نظر میرسد حساسیت بالای BIS به همراه دشواری در نظم جویی هیجان به تلاشهای ناسازگارانه برای نظم جویی و پاسخدهی هیجانی و در نهایت افزایش خطر ابتلا به اختلالات روانشناختی از جمله اضطراب اجتماعی منجر میشود.

سنجش سطح اضطراب کودکان در اتاق انتظار جراحی بعد از نمایش عروسکی و پخش پویانمایی
مقدمه: نتایج منفی اضطراب در روند جراحی و بهبودی کودکان تحت عمل جراحی، نیازمند استفاده از روشهای غیردارویی است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف سنجش سطح اضطراب کودکان در اتاق انتظار جراحی بعد از نمایش عروسکی و پخش کارتون انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی در 90 کودک 6-3 ساله کاندید عمل جراحی تانسیلکتومی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند، سال 1394 انجام شد. کودکان به همراه والدینشان، 15 دقیقه انیمیشن کودکانه و نمایش عروسکی دیدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل فرم جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه اضطراب ییل بودند. دادهها با آزمونهای آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی توسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 16 تحلیل گردیدند.نتایج: بر اساس یافته ها میانگین اضطراب کودکان بعد از مداخله معنیدار بوده است (02/0P=). همچنین اضطراب کودکان که نمایش عروسکی دیده بودند کاهش بیشتری نسبت به گروه پویانمایی نشان داد (001/0>P). مقایسه میانگین اضطراب، قبل و بعد از مداخله در دو جنس تفاوت معنیداری نشان نداد.نتیجهگیری: باتوجه به نتایج، استفاده از روشهای انحراففکر بصری میتواند نقش مؤثری در کاهش اضطراب کودکان قبل از عمل جراحی داشته باشد.

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیش بینی دلزدگی زناشویی بر اساس میزان وابستگی به شبکههای اجتماعی مجازی و تفاوت های آن در زنان و مردان متأهل شهر اصفهان بود.روش کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی شامل مردان و زنان متاهل شهر اصفهان در سال1396 بودند. نمونه این پژوهش 300 نفر (شامل 130 مرد و170 زن) بودند که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامههای میزان وابستگی به شبکههای اجتماعی مجازی صباغ و دلزدگی زناشویی پاینز مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. یافتهها با استفاده از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه گام به گام و تی مستقل به کمک نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد دلزدگی زناشویی با میزان وابستگی به شبکههای اجتماعی مجازی رابطه مثبت معنادار دارد. ابعاد میزان وابستگی هیجانی به شبکههای اجتماعی مجازی و کاهش تعاملات بین فردی (346/0=β و 257/0= ، 001/0=P ) پیشبینی کننده معنادار دلزدگی زناشویی بود. میانگین نمرات زنان در ابعاد وابستگی روانی و وابستگی هیجانی به شبکههای اجتماعی مجازی و دلزدگی زناشویی به طور معنیداری بالاتر از میانگین نمرات مردان به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد میزان وابستگی به شبکههای اجتماعی مجازی نقش مهمی در بروز دلزدگی زناشویی دارد و در نظر داشتن آن در آموزشها و مشاورههای پیش از ازدواج، توصیه می گردد.

بررسی خصوصیات روانسنجی پرسشنامه عملکرد تأملی والدینی (PRFQ)
مقدمه: عملکرد تأملی یکی از حوزههای مهم و جدید در تحول و آسیبشناسی کودکان است. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه عملکرد تأملی والدینی در کودکان 3 تا 5 ساله است.روش کار: نمونه آماری این پژوهش، شامل 300 کودک 5-3 ساله (150 نفر مبتلا به آسم و 150 نفر عادی) از شهر مشهد بودند. کودکان مبتلا به آسم با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از بیمارستان کودکان اکبر و مطبهای شخصی و کودکان سالم با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای از مهدکودکهای شهر مشهد در سال 1398 انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مادران خواسته شد تا پرسشنامه عملکرد تأملی والدینی را تکمیل کنند. پایایی پرسشنامه با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و روایی پرسشنامه با روش روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه (تحلیل عاملی و تأییدی) بررسی شد.یافتهها: ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ حاکی از پایایی مطلوب برای کل مقیاس و هر سه عامل بود (60/0=α). نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نیز بیانگر وجود 3 عامل است که در مجموع 60 درصد واریانس کل را تبیین میکنند. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز حاکی از برازش قابل قبول در تعیین عاملها با گویههای جدید بود. این عوامل مطابق با پژوهش اصلی، پیش ذهنی سازی، قطعیت دربارهی حالات ذهنی و کنجکاوی دربارهی حالات ذهنی نام گرفتند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق، پرسشنامه عملکرد تأملی والدینی، پرسشنامهای موثر است که از روایی و پایایی مطلوبی به منظور سنجش سازه عملکرد تأملی والدینی در ایران برخوردار است.

بررسی روابط ساختاری بین افسردگی و استفاده از هرزه نگاری با نقش میانجی احساس تنهایی
مقدمه: اعتیاد به هرزه نگاری یک پدیده هشدار دهنده و مزمن جنسی است که می تواند بر سلامت روان، رفتارهای جنسی، روابط خانوادگی و شخصی اثری منفی داشته باشد. عوامل زیادی در استفاده از هرزه نگاری نقش دارند. این مطالعه با هدف، بررسی روابط ساختاری بین افسردگی و میزان استفاده از هرزه نگاری با میانجی گری احساس تنهایی در قالب یک مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شد.روش: مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان غیر بومی مستقر در خوابگاه های دانشجویی شهر ساری در سال تحصیلی 97-98 بودند که از میان آن ها 150 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های افسردگی بک، احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی بزرگسالان و پرسشنامه میزان استفاده از هرزه نگاری بود. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از روش همبستگی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس و آموس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرا گرفتند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش قابل قبولی برخوردار بود. همچنین، بین افسردگی و احساس تنهایی با استفاده از هرزه نگاری رابطه مستقیم وجود داشت و تنهایی رابطه بین افسردگی با هرزه نگاری را میانجیگری می کند (001/0P<).نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که همسو با مدل مفهومی، افسردگی هم به صورت مستقیم و هم با میانجی گیری احساس تنهایی با میزان استفاده از هرزه نگاری دانشجویان غیر بومی رابطه دارد.

مقایسه ابعاد شخصیتی هگزاکو و حس انسجام در افراد مبتلا و غیر مبتلا به ملال جنسیتی
مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه ابعاد شخصیتی هگزاکوو حس انسجام در افراد مبتلا به ملال جنسیتی و افراد غیر مبتلا می باشد.روش کار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، افراد مبتلا به ملال جنسیتی مراجعه کننده به انیستیتوی روان پزشکی تهران طی سالهای 1393-1395 بودند و افراد غیر مبتلا از میان دانشجویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در اردبیل انتخاب شدند. تعداد 60 نفر با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های ابعاد شخصیتی هگزاکو و جهت گزینی زندگی آنتونونسکی برای سنجش حس انسجام بود. تحلیل آماری با کمک تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری و تی مستقل و نرم افزار SPSS انجام گرفت.نتایج: میانگین نمرات افراد مبتلا به ملال جنسیتی در مقایسه با گروه غیر مبتلا، در دو بعد شخصیتی گشودگی به تجربه(F=9.02, p <0.05) ، صداقت- فروتنی (F=8.09, p <0.05) و در حس انسجام (T=2.18, p <0.05) به طور معناداری بیشتر بود.نتیجه گیری: یافته های این مطالعه می تواند نشانگر بهبود شخصیت، انسجام و وضعیت روانی افراد مبتلا به ملال جنسیتی بعد از عمل تغییر جنسیت باشد.

فراوانی کودک آزاری و عوارض آن در کودکان مراجعه کننده به اورژانس اجتماعی
مقدمه: بدرفتاری با کودک یکی از مشکلات سلامت عمومی محسوب شده و عواقب گوناگون آن میتواند بر سراسر زندگی قربانیان تاثیر بگذارد. مطالعه حاضر به منظور تعیین فراوانی کودکآزاری در مراجعین به اورژانس اجتماعی شهر کاشان انجام شد.روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی به روش سرشماری با استفاده از کلیه پرونده های کودک آزاری اورژانس اجتماعی کاشان (268پرونده) طی سالهای 1384 تا 1394 انجام گرفت. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSSو آزمونهای آماری مجذور خی و دقیق فیشر تحلیل شدند.نتایج : میانگین سنی کودکان 28/4± 06/8 سال بود. بر اساس نوع کودکآزاری 192 مورد (6/71%) غفلت، 95 مورد (4/35%) سوء استفاده روانی، 87 مورد ( 5/32% ) سوء استفاده جسمی و 12 مورد (5/4%) سوء استفاده جنسی گزارش شد. در بین کودکان مورد سوء استفاده، اضطراب با 3/12% به عنوان بیشترین عارضه سوء استفاده روانی گزارش شد. افت تحصیلی و سوءتغذیه به عنوان فراوان ترین عارضه غفلت و بی توجهی گزارش شد. در مورد سوءاستفاده جسمی، بیشترین عوارض کبودی، تورم، جراحت و سوختگی بودند. بی قیدی جنسی از عوارض سوءاستفاده جنسی به دست آمد. در این مطالعه بین متغیر جنسیت و بدرفتاری جسمی (001/0p <) و سوءاستفاده غفلت (غفلت جسمی) (04/0=P) تفاوت معناداری به دست آمد.نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد سوءاستفاده از کودکان مخصوصا غفلت در کودکان مورد بررسی وجود دارد و پسران، بیشتر در معرض خطر سوءاستفاده و غفلت جسمی هستند.

بررسی روایی و پایایی مقیاس آینده تاریک در مادران کودکان کمتوان هوشی
مقدمه: اضطراب آینده نوعی نگرش به آینده با هیجان و شناخت منفی است که در والدین کودکان دارای اختلالات جسمانی و روانی به وفور دیده میشود و خود پایه و اساسی برای اکثر اختلالات روانی و جسمانی میباشد. بنابراین تشخیص بهنگام آن زمینه پیشگیری و درمان را فراهم میآورد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی روایی و پایایی مقیاس آینده تاریک در مادران کودکان کمتوان هوشی انجام شد.روش کار: نمونه گیری این این مطالعه مقطعی و اعتباریابی در سال 1398 در شهر اصفهان به روش تصادفی انجام شد. از میان مادران کودکان کمتوان هوشی که در مدارس ویژه تحصیل میکردند 196 نفر و مادران کودکان عادی 109 نفر انتخاب شدند و مقیاس آینده تاریک بر روی آنها اجرا شد. روش سنجش روایی محتوا، روایی همگرا (پرسشنامه اضطراب بک)، همبستگی گویه ها با نمره کل (تحلیل مواد)، روایی ملاکی و روایی سازه و روشهای پایایی بازآزمایی، تنصیفی و همسانی درونی استفاده شدند. داده ها از طریق نسخه 24 نرم افزار SPSS وAmos-18 تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، نشاندهنده تایید روایی محتوا، روایی همگرایی 65/0، تحلیل مواد 31/0-74/0 (01/0P<)، معناداری روایی ملاک و روایی سازه 58/0-78/0 (001/0P<) و پایایی بازآزمایی، تنصیفی و همسانی درونی به ترتیب 70/0، 64/0 و 71/0 بود.نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، مقیاس آینده تاریک ابزاری کوتاه با روایی و پایایی مناسب برای سنجش اضطراب آینده در مادران کودکان کم توان هوشی میباشد.
