بررسی رابطهی فرامن و فراشناخت در بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد
مقدمه: فرامن و فراشناخت دو متغیر مهم در حوزهی آسیبشناسی روانی هستند که مورد توجه محققان حوزهی روانشناسی تحلیلی و روانشناسی شناختی هستند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطهی بین فرامن و فراشناخت است که تاکنون به طور همزمان، کمتر مورد توجه محققین بودهاند.روشکار: این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است و در بین جامعه دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال1395 انجام شد. نمونه این پژوهش 206 نفر از دانشجویان زن و مرد بود که به شیوهی دردسترس مورد مطاله قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازهگیری در این پژوهش دو پرسشنامهی فراشناخت و فرامن است. برای تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین و انحراف معیار و روشهای آمار استنباطی شامل همبستگی پیرسون و تی برای دو گروه مستقل استفاده شده است. دادههای این پژوهش با استفاده از SPSS نسخهی 23تحلیل شده است.یافتهها: بین فرامن و فراشناخت دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد رابطهی منفی معنیداری وجود دارد (001/0≥P، 38/0=r). در عین حال بین وجدان و فراشناخت آنان رابطه مثبت معنیدار قوی وجود دارد (0001/0P≤، 65/0=r). بین وجدان زنان و مردان دانشجو تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد (05/0≥P، 05/2=t). یعنی این که زنان گرچه از نظر فرامن فرقی با مردان ندارند اما از مردان باوجدانتر هستند.نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج، فرامن شدید همایند فراشناخت ضعیف و وجدان قوی همایند فراشناخت قوی است. به نظر میرسد فرامن به عنوان مانعی برای فراشناخت است در حالی که وجدان، تسهیلکنندهی فرایندهای فراشناختی ذهن است. اگر چه بین فراشناخت زنان و مردان تفاوتی یافت نشد اما به نظر میرسد زنان به دلیل ویژگیهای عاطفی ذاتی زنانه از مردان باوجدانتر هستند.

اثربخشی واقعیتدرمانی گروهی بر اضطراب اجتماعی، سوگیری تعبیر و روابط بین فردی نوجوانان
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر جهت بررسی تاثیر واقعیتدرمانی به شیوهی گروهی بر علایم اضطراب اجتماعی، سوگیری تعبیر و روابط بین فردی دانشآموزان دختر پایهی نهم تحصیلی انجام شد.روشکار: جامعهی آماری این پژوهش بالینی شامل تمام دانشآموزان دختر پایهی نهم شهرستان سبزوار در سال تحصیلی 95-94 بود که از این تعداد بر اساس نمرهی پرسشنامههای اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان، تفسیر منفی پیامدهای اجتماعی و روابط بین فردی در پیشآزمون 24 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند که به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمون تحت واقعیتدرمانی به شیوهی گروهی قرار گرفت و گروه شاهد، هیچگونه درمانی دریافت نکرد. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس و نرمافزار SPSS نسخهی 21 استفاده شد.یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نمرات اضطراب اجتماعی و سوگیری تعبیر و روابط بین فردی در گروه آزمون نسبت به شاهد، تغییر معنیداری داشت (05/0>P).نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد که آموزش واقعیتدرمانی به شیوهی گروهی بر اضطراب اجتماعی، سوگیری تعبیر و روابط بین فردی نوجوانان، موثر باشد.

هیجانات درک شدهی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی-اجباری: مطالعهی کیفی
مقدمه: عوامل اجتماعی متعددی در اختلال وسواسی-اجباری نقش بازی میکنند و نوع رفتار و هیجانات خانواده درارتباط با بیمار از جمله عوامل مهم در شروع، شدت و عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری شناخته شده است. مطالعهی حاضر به منظور شناخت هیجانات درک شدهی بیمار در محیط خانواده انجام گرفته است.روشکار: مطالعهی حاضر از نوع کیفی میباشد که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بر روی 10 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی-اجباری انجام شد. در این مطالعه از روش Focus Group جهت جمعآوری دادهها استفاده شد. تمام اظهارات بیماران ضبط و کلمه به کلمه پیاده گردید. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافتهها: نتایج مطالعهی حاضر نشان داد که هیجانات ادراک شده بیماران در 4 حیطهی مربوط به هیجانات ابراز شده در خانواده شامل آمیختگی بیش از حد، انتقادگری، بیتوجهی و عدم حمایت عاطفی و خشونت طبقهبندی میشود و این هیجانات باعث برانگیختن احساساتی نظیر عدم اعتماد به نفس، احساس تحت کنترل بودن، نداشتن حریم شخصی، احساس درک نشدن، خشم وعصبانیت، احساس گناه و ناامیدی، احساس تنهایی، افسردگی، بیارزشی، بیتوجهی و طرد شدن، اضطراب و خودسرزنشی در بیماران شده بود.نتیجهگیری: هیجانات درک شدهی بیماران از سوی خانواده، گویای واکنشهای غیر انطباقی خانواده در ارتباط با بیمار میباشد که خود، تهدیدکنندهی سلامت بیماران و شکست نتایج درمانی و شدت و عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری میباشد. هیجانات درک شدهی بیماران به گونهای بیانگر عدم آموزش خانواده، عدم آشنایی آنان با ماهیت بیماریهای روانپزشکی و به نوعی آشفتگی روانی و ارتباطات ناسالم در محیط خانواده میباشد بنابراین برگزاری جلسات آموزش خانواده به عنوان پایه و مکمل درمان در پیشگیری از عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری باید مورد توجه درمانگران قرار گیرد.

تاثیر بازیهای رایانهای آموزشی بر یادگیری مفاهیم ریاضی دانشآموزان دارای اختلالات طیف اوتیسم
مقدمه: با وجود توانمندیها و قابلیتهای فنآوری و اثرات مثبت آن در کمیت و کیفیت یاددهی و یادگیری، متاسفانه حوزهی آموزش دانشآموزان با نیازهای آموزشی ویژه، به دور از تحولات رخ داده قرار گرفته است و نیازمند توجه جدی در این زمینه میباشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر بازیهای رایانهای آموزشی بر یادگیری مفاهیم ریاضی دانش آموزان پایه سوم ابتدایی دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم در درس ریاضی بود.روشکار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 92-1391 انجام شد. آزمودنیها 30 نفر از دانشآموزان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم در شهر تهران میباشند که به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد تقسیم شدند. قبل از شروع مطالعه، تمام آزمودنی ها با آزمون محققساخته یادگیری ارزیابی شدند. سپس در گروه آزمون، ابتدا معلم درس خود را در مفاهیم مورد نظر (جمع، تفریق، ضرب و تقسیم) به طور کامل به دانشآموزان ارایه داد و از بازی رایانهای به عنوان مکملی برای مفهوم آموزش استفاده شد. از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل کواریانس) به منظور تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد.یافتهها: تحلیل نتایج با استفاده تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که پس از آموزش تفاوت معنیداری در یادگیری گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه شاهد ایجاد شده است (001/0 P≥).نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد که استفاده از بازی رایانهای آموزشی به عنوان مکمل آموزش در درس ریاضی باعث افزایش یادگیری دانشآموزان دارای اختلال طیف اوتیسم میشود لذا پیشنهاد میشود که در آموزش مفاهیم ریاضی از فنآوریهای نوین آموزشی به خصوص بازیهای رایانهای در کنار شیوهی سنتی استفاده شود.

مقایسهی رابطه میان طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه، ساز و کارهای دفاعی و تیپ شخصیتی D درافراد دارای دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن
مقدمه: سبکهای دلبستگی، تعیینکنندهی قواعد عاطفی، شناختی و راهبردهایی هستند که واکنشهای هیجانی را در افراد و روابط بین شخصی هدایت میکنند. هدف از این پژوهش، مقایسهی رابطه میان طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه، ساز و کارهای دفاعی و تیپ شخصیتی D در افراد دارای دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن بود. روشکار: جهت انجام این پژوهش همبستگی، نمونهای به حجم 240 نفر از مراجعهکنندگان به کلینیک روانشناسی دلفی واقع در شهر تهران در سال 1393، به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامههای ساز و کارهای دفاعی (DSQ-40)، سبکهای دلبستگی بزرگسالان (AAS)، تیپ شخصیتی D و طرحوارهی ناسازگار اولیه استفاده گردید. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیری انجام گرفت.یافتهها: نتایج نشان دادند که رابطهی بین طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و ساز و کارهای دفاعی در افراد دارای دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن با یکدیگر، متفاوت است. همچنین رابطهی بین طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و تیپ شخصیتی D در افراد دارای دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن و رابطهی بین ساز و کارهای دفاعی و تیپ شخصیتی D در افراد دارای دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن با یکدیگر، متفاوت است (01/0P<).نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اهمیت دلبستگی در توسعهی طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و اثرات این طرحوارهها و ساز و کارهای دفاعی در آسیبشناسی شخصیت، توجه به کارکردهای شناختی و دلبستگی میتواند به فرایند درمان کمک کند.

مقایسهی ابعاد کمالگرایی، سیستمهای مغزی-رفتاری و تابآوری در بیماران عروق کرونر و افراد عادی
مقدمه: امروزه در جوامع مختلف با روند صعودی بیماریهای قلبیعروقی مواجه هستیم. مطالعهی حاضر با هدف مقایسهی ابعاد کمالگرایی، سیستمهای مغزی- رفتاری و تابآوری در بیماران عروق کرونر و افراد عادی انجام شد.روشکار: در این پژوهش علی-مقایسهای، دادهها از 300 نفر شامل 150 نفر سالم و 150 نفر بیمار که در سال 1392 به بیمارستانهای قلب و عروق شهر تهران مراجعه و بستری شده بودند، جمعآوری گردید که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، انتخاب شده بودند. ابزار سنجش تحقیق شامل مقیاس کمالگرایی چندبعدی فراست، مقیاس سیستمهای بازداری و فعالسازی رفتاری کارور وایت و مقیاس تابآوری کانر دیویدسون بودند. تحلیل دادهها با تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک دوجملهای و یو-منویتنی با کمک نسخهی 18 نرمافزار SPSS انجام گرفت.یافتهها: ابعاد کمالگرایی متغیرهای تردید نسبت به اعمال، انتظارات والدین و نظم و ترتیب با متغیر بیماری عروق کرونر یا نبود آن (متغیر ملاک)، رابطهی مثبت و معنیدار داشتند (05/0>P). در سیستم مغزی-رفتاری، بازداری رفتاری و تفریحطلبی فعالسازی با متغیر ملاک، رابطهی منفی و معنیدار و جنگ و گریزبا متغیر ملاک، رابطهی مثبت و معنیدار داشتند (05/0>P). تابآوری در دو گروه تفاوتی نشان نداد (158/0=P). نتیجهگیری: اجزای خاصی از ابعاد کمالگرایی و سیستمهای مغزی-رفتاری با بیماری عروق کرونر قلب، ارتباط اختصاصی دارد و میتوانند مولفههای مناسبی در تحلیلهای روانشناختی بروز بیماری کرونر قلب باشند.

اثربخشی گروهدرمانی شناختی-رفتاری بر افسردگی، اضطراب و عزت نفس بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک
مقدمه: اختلال دوقطبی یک بیماری روانپزشکی مزمن و ناتوانکننده است که میزان شیوع نوع یک آن، 4/1 تا 6/1 درصد است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی گروهدرمانی شناختی-رفتاری بر افسردگی، اضطراب و عزت نفس بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک پس از تثبیت فاز حاد میباشد.روشکار: جامعهی آماری این کارآزمایی بالینی شامل تمام بیماران مرد با تشخیص اختلال خلقی دوقطبی نوع یک بستری در بخشهای بیمارستان روانپزشکی ابنسینای مشهد در سال 1390 بودند که با درمان دارویی فاز حاد در آنها تثبیت شده بود. از میان این بیماران،30 نفر به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به 2 گروه 15 نفری آزمون و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمونتحت گروهدرمانی شناختی-رفتاری 10 جلسهای و گروه شاهد تحت درمان گروهی حمایتی غیر ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. آزمونهای افسردگی و اضطراب بک و عزت نفس آیزنک برای تمام بیماران، قبل، بلافاصله بعد و 2ماه و 6 ماه بعد از اتمام جلسات تکمیل شد. دادهها با شاخصهای توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل کواریانس و تیمستقل با نرمافزار SPSS نسخهی 19 تحلیل شدند.یافتهها: بعد از گروهدرمانی شناختی-رفتاری، میزان افسردگی و اضطراب در پایان درمان و دو ماه و شش ماه پیگیری،کاهش معنیداری نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان داد (05/0>P) اما افزایش در میزان عزت نفس در پایان درمان و دورهی پیگیری، معنیدار نبود.نتیجهگیری: رویکرد گروهدرمانی شناختی-رفتاری به عنوان یک درمان موثر برای کاهش افسردگی و اضطراب بعد از تثبیت فاز حاد در کنار درمانهای دارویی برای بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دو قطبی نوع یک میتواند مد نظر قرار گیرد و میتوان در بازتوانی بالینی این بیماران، از آن کمک گرفت.

غربالگری اختلالات روانپزشکی در میان بهورزان شاغل در خانههای بهداشت استان خراسان رضوی در سال 1393
مقدمه: بررسی وضعیت سلامت جسمی و روانی بهورزان، به عنوان پرسنل شاغل در محیطیترین سطح خدمات بهداشتی، زیربنای خدمات بهداشتی اولیه در ایران میباشد.روشکار: پژوهش حاضر با هدف غربالگری اختلالات روانپزشکی در میان 1013 نفر از بهورزان شاغل در خانههای بهداشت تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال 1392 انجام شد.ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامهی نود سئوالی (SCL-90) بود که یکی از پراستفادهترین ابزار تشخیص روانپزشکی است. جهت تحلیل دادههای آماری از نرمافزار SPSS استفاده شد. برای توصیف دادهها از نمودارها و جداول آماری و برای تحلیل از تست مجذور خی استفاده شد.یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج، 6/91 درصد از بهورزان، سالم و 2/3 درصد دارای اختلال و 2/5 درصد دارای مشکل و اختلال جدی میباشند. بیشترین میانگین نمره در حیطهی وسواس (22/1) و کمترین میانگین مربوط به حیطهی ترس مرضی (5/0) تعیین گردید. شایعترین اختلال به ترتیب شکایت جسمانی، وسواس–اجبار و افسردگی تعیین گردید. شیوع اختلال در زنان بیشتر از مردان (01/0P<) و در گروههای سنی 35 تا 44 سال بیشتر از سایر گروهها میباشد. شیوع اختلالات روانی بر حسب وضعیت تاهل، سطح تحصیلات، سابقه و شهرستان، تفاوت معنیداری را نشان نداد.نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج، توجه به سلامت روانی بهورزان به خصوص در گروههای جنسی و سنی خاص، ضروری به نظر میرسد.
