Materials and Methods: In this clinical trial (code: IRCT2015091624054N1), from among all the patients suffering from multiple sclerosis, who were referred to the MS Society in Khorasan Razavi in 2014, 30 women were selected through available sampling method and were randomly assigned to two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received metacognitive therapy for eight weeks while the control group spent the routine process of the sessions held by the MS Society. For data collection, Sherer General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) and Defense Styles Questionnaire (DSQ) were administered in the pretest, posttest and follow-up test. Repeated-measures ANOVA with a significance level α of 0.05 were conducted for data analysis. Results: The results showed that group metacognitive therapy led to a significantly higher level of self-efficacy (P<0.001) and use of mature defense mechanisms (P<0.001) compared to control group. The results maintained over one-month and three-month follow-ups. Conclusion: It seems that group metacognitive therapy can improve self-efficacy and increase the use of mature defense mechanisms in women with multiple sclerosis.}, keywords = {Defense style,Group therapy,metacognition,Multiple Sclerosis,Self-efficacy,Women}, title_fa = {تاثیرگروه‌درمانی فراشناختی‌ بر خودکارآمدی و سبک‌های دفاعی زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر گروهدرمانی فراشناختی بر خودکارآمدی و سبکهای دفاعی زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) صورت گرفت.روشکار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی از بین تمام بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپلاسکلروزیس مراجعهکننده به انجمن MS خراسان رضوی در سال 1393، 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد قرار داده شدند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمون طی 8 هفته تحت گروهدرمانی فراشناختی قرار گرفتند در حالی که آزمودنیهای گروه شاهد روند عادی جلسات انجمن MS را میگذراندند. پرسشنامههای خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و سبک‌های دفاعی (DSQ) در پیش‌آزمون، پس‌‌آزمون و پیگیری مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و سطح معنیداری 05/0 تحلیل شدند.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که گروهدرمانی فراشناختی منجر به افزایش معنیدار خودکارآمدی (001/0>P) و استفاده از سبک دفاعی رشدیافته (001/0>P) در مقایسه با گروه شاهد میشود و این نتیجه پس از دو مرحله پیگیری یکماهه و سهماهه کماکان حفظ گردید (01/0>P).نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد گروهدرمانی فراشناختی منجر به بهبود خودکارآمدی و افزایش استفاده از سبک دفاعی رشدیافته در زنان مبتلا به مولتیپلاسکلروزیس میشود.}, keywords_fa = {خودکارآمدی,سبک دفاعی,زنان,فراشناخت,گروه‌درمانی,مولتیپل‌اسکلروزیس}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_8969.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_8969_bf7394492f3990ae8c4b2d7a490e9134.pdf} }
