Low emotional intelligence is associated with the involvement of bullying as a bully/victim of bullying. The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of emotional intelligence training on the factors of bullying, social competence and emotional intelligence among students.   Materials and Methods: The study (academic year of 2014-2015) conducted using pre-test and post-test with a control group among student population (experimental group: 20 cases, control: 20 cases). In this study, emotional intelligence training was performed in 10 sessions of 45 minutes based on Goldman’s model using multi-stage random sampling method. Olweus Bully/Victim questionnaire, social competence scale and Bar-On and Parker’s emotional-social intelligence (ESI) were used in order to assess the variables of the study. The statistical method wasmultivariate covariance (MONCOVA).   Results: The results of the present study indicated that there is a significant difference at the level of 0.001 between the variables of bullying, social competence and emotional intelligence among the experimental and control group, indicating the effectiveness of emotional intelligence training on the components of bullying, social competence and emotional intelligence among the students.   Conclusion: Emotional intelligence training can reduce the components of bullying and increase social competency and emotional intelligence. These results reveals the importance of applying emotional intelligence training on the improvement of social competency, emotional intelligence and students’ reduced level of bullying.}, keywords = {Bullying,Emotional intelligence,Students}, title_fa = {تاثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر مولفه‌های قلدری، شایستگی اجتماعی و مولفه‌های هوش هیجانی دانش‌آموزان پسر پایه‌ی چهارم ابتدایی (دوره دوم) شهرستان شادگان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: قلدری، سوءاستفاده تعامل اجتماعی میان همسالان است که می‌تواند دربرگیرنده پرخاشگری باشد. هوش هیجانی پایین به دخالت در قلدری به‌عنوان قلدر/ قربانی قلدری مربوط می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف، تاثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر مولفه‌های قلدری، شایستگی اجتماعی و مولفه‌های هوش هیجانی دانش­آموزان انجام شده است.روش­کار: این پژوهش در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 به‌صورت پیش­‌آزمون-پس‌­آزمون با گروه شاهد (20 نفر آزمون و 20 نفر گروه شاهد) در یک جامعه­ی دانش‌آموزی انجام شده است. آموزش هوش هیجانی در 10 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای، بر اساس مدل گلمن، انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به ‌صورت تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای بوده و برای سنجش متغیر­های این پژوهش از پرسش­نامه قلدری اولویوس، پرسش­نامه شایستگی اجتماعی و سیاهه­ی بهره‌ی هوش هیجانی بار-آن و پارکر استفاده شد. روش آماری مورد استفاده کوواریانس چند متغیری بود.یافته­ها: بین مولفه­های قلدری، شایستگی اجتماعی و مولفه­های هوش هیجانی، بین گروه آزمون و شاهد در سطح 001/0 تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود دارد که نشان­دهنده تاثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی می­باشد.  نتیجه­گیری: آموزش هوش هیجانی، مولفه‌های قلدری را کاهش داده و شایستگی اجتماعی و مولفه‌های هوش هیجانی را افزایش می­‌دهد. این نتایج اهمیت به­کارگیری آموزش هوش هیجانی بر بهبود شایستگی‌های اجتماعی، هوش هیجانی و کاهش قلدری دانش­آموزان را مطرح می­نماید.}, keywords_fa = {دانش‌آموزان,قلدری,هوش هیجانی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_8532.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_8532_a2f848f4d68b13e7d1bd36d927502d8d.pdf} }
