Type of behavior and emotions of family members to patient have been identified as effective factors in onset, severity and relapse of OCD. This study has been carried out to determine of family emotions to their patients.  Materials and Methods: This is quantitative study that was performed with targeted sampling method on 10 patients with OCD. In this study, focus group method was used for gathering data. All of statements was recorded and written words by word. Data were analyzed by content analysis method.  Results: The finding of this study show that perceived emotions of patients classify in four field such as over involvement, criticism, neglect and lack of emotional support and hostility; that this emotions was causing feeling including lack of self-confidence, the feeling of being in control, lack of privacy, lack of empathy, nervousness, guilt and hopelessness, lonely, depression, worthlessness, neglect, anxiety, self-blaming. Conclusion: Patients' perceived emotions indicates on maladaptive reactions of family in communication of patients that these threatening patients health and failure of therapeutic outcomes, severity and relapse of OCD. Also these emotions propose of lack of family education, lack of information about of nature of psychiatric disorders, family psychopathology and abnormal communications. Therefore holding family psychoeducation as base and supplement of treatment in prevention of disorder relapse should be in attention of clinicians.}, keywords = {Expressed emotions,Family,Obsessive-compulsive disorder}, title_fa = {هیجانات درک شده‌ی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواسی-اجباری: مطالعه‌ی کیفی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: عوامل اجتماعی متعددی در اختلال وسواسی-اجباری نقش بازی می‌کنند و نوع رفتار و هیجانات خانواده درارتباط با بیمار از جمله عوامل مهم در شروع، شدت و عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری شناخته شده است. مطالعه‌ی حاضر به منظور شناخت هیجانات درک شده‌ی بیمار در محیط خانواده انجام گرفته است.روش‌کار: مطالعه‌ی حاضر از نوع کیفی می‌باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بر روی 10 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال  وسواسی-اجباری انجام شد. در این مطالعه از روش Focus Group جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. تمام اظهارات  بیماران ضبط و کلمه به کلمه پیاده گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان داد که هیجانات ادراک شده بیماران در 4 حیطه‌ی مربوط به هیجانات ابراز شده در خانواده شامل آمیختگی بیش از حد، انتقادگری، بی‌توجهی و عدم حمایت عاطفی و خشونت طبقه‌بندی می‌شود و این هیجانات باعث برانگیختن احساساتی نظیر عدم اعتماد به نفس، احساس تحت کنترل بودن، نداشتن حریم شخصی، احساس درک نشدن، خشم وعصبانیت، احساس گناه و ناامیدی، احساس تنهایی، افسردگی، بی‌ارزشی، بی‌توجهی و طرد شدن، اضطراب و خودسرزنشی در بیماران شده بود.نتیجه‌گیری: هیجانات درک شده‌ی بیماران از سوی خانواده، گویای واکنش‌های غیر انطباقی خانواده در ارتباط با بیمار می‌باشد که خود، تهدیدکننده‌ی سلامت بیماران و شکست نتایج درمانی و شدت و عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری می‌باشد. هیجانات درک شده‌ی بیماران به گونه‌ای بیانگر عدم آموزش خانواده، عدم آشنایی آنان با ماهیت بیماری‌های روان‌پزشکی و به نوعی آشفتگی روانی و ارتباطات ناسالم در محیط خانواده می‌باشد بنابراین برگزاری جلسات آموزش خانواده به عنوان پایه و مکمل درمان در پیشگیری از عود اختلال وسواسی-اجباری باید مورد توجه درمانگران قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال وسواسی-اجباری,خانواده,هیجان ابراز شده}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_8342.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_8342_7367fff327801681cba36244514e0aa5.pdf} }
