According to research results, the type of life goals and personality traits are important in predicting the subjective well-being. So this study aims to investigate the role of life goals, personality traits with subjective well-being adults. Materials and Methods: This research is a descriptive correlation study, sample consisted of 200 adults ( 25 to 60 years), residing in Zone 6 in Tehran, that were selected using method multi- stage random sampling. Participants responded to questionnaires of positive and negative affect, life satisfaction, Big five Personality Factor and Life goals. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 17, Pearson correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression.  Results: The results correlation coefficient showed intrinsic goals, extrinsic goals and personality traits  have positive correlation with subjective wellbeing and neuroticism has negative relationship with subjective wellbeing (P<0.05). Enter regression results showed that There is negative relationship between Subjective well-being and extrinsic’ importance (P <0.01) and positive relationship between subjective well being and ‘extrinsic’ attainment (P<0.05). Also, the results of hierarchical regression results showed that life goals are able to predict subjective well-being (R2=-0.09, P<0.0001) Although life goals have   relatively small share of the compared to strong predictors personality traits (R2=-0.49, P <0.0001).  Conclusion: Considering that life goals are able to predict the contribution of subjective well-being that can not be predicted by personality traits. Therefore, it's recommended that psychologist to consider life goals as an important factor in cultural and economic different situations at their studies.}, keywords = {Goals,Personality traits,Well-Being}, title_fa = {رابطه‌ی اهداف زندگی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با بهزیستی ذهنی بزرگسالان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: بهزیستی ذهنی جزء روان‌شناختی کیفیت زندگی می‌باشد و بنا بر نتایج پژوهش‌ها، نوع اهداف زندگی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی اهمیت زیادی در  پیش‌بینی بهزیستی ذهنی دارند لذا پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی نقش اهداف زندگی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در بهزیستی ذهنی بزرگسالان صورت گرفت. روش‌کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی 200  بزرگسال (25 تا 60 سال) ساکن در منطقه‌ی 6 شهر تهران با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و با پرسش‌نامه‌های پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت، رضایت از زندگی، عاطفه‌ی مثبت و منفی و اهداف زندگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 17 و ضریب  همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون همزمان و سلسله‌مراتبی  تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد اهداف درونی، اهداف بیرونی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با بهزیستی ذهنی رابطه‌ی مثبت و روان‌رنجورخویی با بهزیستی ذهنی رابطه‌ی منفی دارند (05/0>P). نتایج رگرسیون همزمان نشان داد رابطه‌ی بهزیستی ذهنی با اهمیت بیرونی، منفی (01/0>P) و با دست‌یابی بیرونی، مثبت (05/0>P) است. هم‌چنین نتایج رگرسیون سلسله‌مراتبی نشان داد اهداف زندگی قادر به پیش‌بینی بهزیستی ذهنی هستند (0001/0>P، 09/0 =2R) اگر چه نسبت به پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌های قوی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی سهم نسبتا کمی دارند  (0001/0 >P، 49/0=2R). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به این که بنا بر نتایج، اهداف زندگی قادر به پیش‌بینی سهمی از بهزیستی ذهنی است که توسط ویژگی‌های شخصیتی پیش‌بینی نمی‌شود لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود روان‌شناسان به منظور درک بهتری از نقش اهداف زندگی به بررسی آن در شرایط متفاوت فرهنگی-اقتصادی بپردازند.}, keywords_fa = {اهداف,ویژگی‌های شخصیتی,بهزیستی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_5488.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_5488_32353791fc207ec25270e658985ab212.pdf} }
