Apart from pharmacological factors, non-pharmacological factors including psychological factors such as emotions and emotion regulation have a significant impact on the incidence and severity of these side effects. Because emotion regulation is one of the main factors leading to different behaviors in different individuals in response to various situations, the aim of this research is the study of difficulties in emotion regulation as a predictor of incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients.  Materials and Methods: In this is descriptive correlation study (Oct 2012-Feb 2013), 300 breast cancer patients referred to Reza clinic and Omid and Qaem hospitals in Mashhad were selected through available sampling. They completed Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) and nausea and vomiting scale (MANE). To data analysis SPSS software, factor analysis and regression analysis were used.  Results: The results of regression analysis showed that difficulties in emotion regulation can predict the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients (P<0.01).  Conclusion: Considering the findings, difficulties in emotion regulation can predict the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients.}, keywords = {Breast Cancer,chemotherapy,Emotion,Nausea,Regulation,vomiting}, title_fa = {بررسی دشواری در نظم بخشی هیجانی به عنوان پیش بین در ابتلا به حالت تهوع و استفراغ و شدت آن در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه حالت تهوع و استفراغ ناشی از شیمی‌درمانی از زجرآورترین عوارض این درمان برای بیماران سرطانی می‌باشد. به غیر از عوامل دارویی، عوامل غیر دارویی از جمله عوامل روان‌شناختی مثل هیجان و تنظیم هیجان در بروز و شدت این عارضه جانبی تاثیرگذار است. تنظیم هیجان از اصلی‌ترین عواملی است که سبب بروز رفتارهای متفاوت در افراد در پاسخ به شرایط می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی دشواری در نظم‌بخشی هیجانی به عنوان پیش‌بین در ابتلا به حالت تهوع و استفراغ  ناشی از شیمی‌درمانی و شدت آن در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان می‌باشد. روش‌ کار: دراین مطالعه‌ی توصیفی به روش همبستگی از مهر 1391 تا بهمن 1391، 300 نفر از بیماران سرطان پستان مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک رضا و بیمارستان امید و قائم مشهد از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، پرسش‌نامه‌ی دشواری در نظم‌بخشی هیجانی و به منظور بررسی حالت تهوع و استفراغ پرسش‌نامه‌‌ی بررسی تهوع و استفراغ مورو را تکمیل کردند. در تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS و تحلیل عاملی رگرسیون استفاده گردید. یافته ‌ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که از طریق دشواری در نظم‌بخشی هیجانی می‌توان شدت تهوع و استفراغ (01/0P<) و ابتلا به حالت تهوع و استفراغ را نیز پیش‌بینی کرد (01/0P<). نتیجه‌ گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها، به نظر می‌رسد که دشواری در نظم‌بخشی هیجانی، قادر به پیش‌بینی ابتلا و شدت تهوع و استفراغ در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان تحت شیمی‌درمانی است.}, keywords_fa = {استفراغ,تهوع,سرطان پستان,شیمی‌درمانی,نظم‌بخشی,هیجان}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_4318.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_4318_d01d83094a7079f3cda49beaaecc39bd.pdf} }
