Acceptance-based behavior therapy (ABBT) is a new treatment that introduced for treatment of GAD. The current study compared ABBT to Applied Relaxation (AR) -the most utilized psychological therapy for GAD. Materials and Methods: Thirty two women with GAD who were referred from psychiatrics offices in Isfahan city were recruited to participate in the study. They were then administered the SCID/CV.  Twenty four subjects who met the criteria for GAD were assigned to two groups (ABBT and AR) randomly. The groups received similar medication. The ABBT and AR participated in 12 weekly therapy sessions. The instruments used in the study at pre and post test included the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 item scale (GAD-7) and Penn State Worry Questionnaire (PSWQ). The data were analyzed using the multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA). Results: No significant differences were found between ABBT and AR groups in anxiety symptoms and worry (P>0.05). Conclusion: Overall, based on the findings of this study, one can conclude that the acceptance-based behavior therapy does not seem to be different from the applied relaxation therapy for treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. }, keywords = {}, title_fa = {مقایسه‌ی تاثیر رفتاردرمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و آرام سازی کاربردی بر میزان نگرانی و علایم اختلال اضطراب فراگیر}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: اختلال اضطراب فراگیر (GAD) با کاهش کیفیت زندگی و هم‌زمانی بالا با سایر اختلالات خلقی و اضطرابی همراه است. رفتاردرمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش (ABBT)، یکی از درمان‌های جدید معرفی شده در درمان این اختلال است. به منظور بررسی اثربخشی این درمان، در پژوهش حاضر به مقایسه‌ی ABBT با پرکاربردترین درمان روان‌شناختی GAD یعنی آرام‌سازی کاربری (AR) پرداخته شده است. روش‌کار: تعداد 32 آزمودنی زن با تشخیص اصلی اختلال اضطراب فراگیر از سوی مطب‌های روان‌پزشکی سطح شهر اصفهان ارجاع گردیدند. پس از اجرای مصاحبه‌ی ساختاریافته‌ی بالینی، 24 آزمودنی به طور تصادفی در دو گروه رفتاردرمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و آرام‌سازی کاربردی قرار گرفتند که در مرحله‌ی پس‌آزمون در هر گروه 9 نفر باقی ماندند. هر دو گروه، درمان دارویی مشابهی دریافت می‌کردند. گروه‌های درمانی، 12 جلسه‌ی هفتگی درمان به مدت سه ماه دریافت کردند. در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون، پرسش‌نامه‌های GAD-7 و نگرانی پن-استیت در مورد دو گروه اجرا گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندگانه با کنترل متغیرهای مداخله‌گر انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد در مرحله پس‌آزمون، شدت علایم GAD و نگرانی در دو گروه ABBT و آرام‌سازی کاربردی تفاوت معنی‌داری ندارد (05/0P>). نتیجه‌گیری: در زمینه‌ی درمان اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، رفتاردرمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش، تفاوت معنی‌داری با درمان آرام‌سازی کاربردی ندارد. }, keywords_fa = {آرام سازی,اختلال اضطراب فراگیر,پذیرش,رفتاردرمانی,نگرانی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_3790.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_3790_c1148418e601c6ac130d6720d968f66a.pdf} }
