Important issue in the investigating of women dependency to substance is mental disorders including anxiety and depression which is an effective agent in tendency of women toward substance and also, It can be a consequence of dependence. The aim of this study was to investigate anxiety and depression in substance dependence young women in Mashhad city. Materials and Methods: This case-control study was done on 236 girls and young women aged 16-25 years, including three groups: vulnerable women of substance dependence, invulnerable women of substance dependece and control groups which were selected with Classified random sampling method in 2012. The entire subjects signed an informed consent to participate in the study. Gathered data included demographic characteristics, socioeconomic status and anxiety and depression based on the Beck anxiety and depression inventories which were analyzed by SPSS software. Descriptive statistics were used to describe the population study, and the most appropriate parametric (t-test, ANOVA) and non-parametric tests (Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis) were used for comparisons. Results: Anxiety and its severity in substance dependence person (vulnerable and not vulnerable groups) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001), but it was not significant between the two substance dependence groups (P=0.05). Depression and its severity in substance dependence person (vulnerable and not vulnerable groups) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001), but was not significant between the two substance dependence groups  (P=0.07). Conclusion: It was a significant relationship between substance dependence and the level of depression and anxiety, severity of them and vulnerability of women.}, keywords = {Anxiety,Depression,Women,substance abuse}, title_fa = {اضطراب و افسردگی در زنان جوان وابسته به مواد در مشهد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: حدود 10 درصد معتادان کشور، زن هستند. از مباحث مهم در بررسی وابستگی زنان به مواد، اختلالات روانی از جمله اضطراب و افسردگی است که عامل موثر در گرایش زنان به سمت وابستگی به مواد است و می‌تواند پیامد وابستگی نیز باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اضطراب و افسردگی در زنان جوان با وابستگی به مواد در شهر مشهد انجام شده است. روش‌کار: این مطالعه‌ی مورد-شاهدی روی 236 زن 25-16 ساله در سه گروه زنان وابسته به مواد آسیب‌پذیر، زنان وابسته به مواد فاقد آسیب‌پذیری و شاهد منتخب به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی در سال 1390 با رضایت آگاهانه انجام شد. اطلاعات کسب شده شامل ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی، اقتصادی-اجتماعی و اضطراب و افسردگی بر اساس پرسش‌نامه‌ی بک توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شد. برای توصیف آزمودنی‌ها از آمار توصیفی و برای مقایسه از آزمون‌های پارامتریک (آزمون تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس) و غیر پارامتریک (من-ویتنی و کروسکال-والیس) استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: وجود اضطراب و شدت آن در افراد وابسته به مواد (آسیب‌پذیر و فاقد آسیب‌پذیری) به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از گروه شاهد (0.001>P) ولی بین دو گروه وابسته به مواد، معنی‌دار نبود (0.05=P). وجود افسردگی و شدت آن در دو گروه وابسته به مواد به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از گروه شاهد (0.001>P) ولی بین دو گروه وابسته به مواد معنی‌دار نبود (0.07=P). نتیجه‌گیری: بین وابستگی به مواد با سطح اضطراب و افسردگی، شدت اضطراب و افسردگی و آسیب پذیری در زنان رابطه‌ی معنی‌داری وجود دارد.}, keywords_fa = {اضطراب,افسردگی,زنان,‎ ‎سوءمصرف مواد}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_2275.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_2275_cb5be023f7b28966cca43f3f7517eaea.pdf} }
