The objectives of this study were to determine and compare the level of anxiety and depression in tuberculosis, asthma and chronic obstructive disease.  Materials and Methods: This research is a cross-sectional study (2011) which is done in non-probability method (easy method). The sample included 135 subjects with lung tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. All of the subjects referred to Imam Reza and Ghaem hospitals in Mashhad. The patients were investigated using Espiel-Burger and Beck Depression Inventory tests in order to find out their apparent or hidden anxiety and depression respectively. Information such as age, gender and illness type were collected too. All the information were analyzed using SPSS software.  Results: Number of52 persons had mild depression and 6% had severe depression. More than half of the subjects (70%) had moderate anxiety level (51.9%) of which 28.1% had relatively severe anxiety. The findings of K2 test shows that there is a significant relationship between illness type and depression level (P=0.000), between illness type and state anxiety (P=0.001) and between illness type and trait anxiety (P=0.026).  Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, there is a significant relationship between depression level and patients' anxiety. So it is concluded that there is an essential need to find out the psychological signs of the patients with respiratory illnesses and treat them completely. }, keywords = {Anxiety,Bronchial asthma,Depression,Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,Lung tuberculosis}, title_fa = {مقایسه ی اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران مبتلا به آسم برونشیال، بیماری انسدادی مزمن ریوی و سل ریوی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: بیماری‌های مزمن جسمی، همراهی بالایی با اختلالات خلقی یا اضطرابی دارند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی و مقایسه‌ی سطح اضطراب و افسردگی در بیماران مبتلا به سل ریوی، آسم و اختلال انسدادی مزمن ریوی می‌باشد.  روش‌کار: در مطالعه‌ی مقطعی حاضر 135 بیمار مبتلا به سل ریوی، آسم برونشیال و انسدادی مزمن ریوی مراجعه‌کننده به اورژانس داخلی، درمانگاه و بخشبیماری‌های ریه‌ی بیمارستان‌های امام رضا (ع) و قائم (عج) مشهد در سال 1390 بررسی شدند. بیماران هر سه گروه از نظر سن، جنس و شدت بیماری، همسان‌سازی و با آزمون‌های اشپیل‌برگر و مقیاس بک از نظر اضطراب آشکار و پنهان و افسردگی ارزیابی گردیدند. بعد از تکمیل 135 پرسش‌نامه، اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده توسط نسخه‌ی 16 نرم‌افزار SPSS با آزمون‌های آماری مجذور خی، آنووا یا معادل غیر پارامتری آن‌ها تحلیل گردیدند. یافته‌ها: تعداد 52 نفر، دچار افسردگی خفیف و 6 درصد نمونه‌ها دچار افسردگی شدید بودند. 9/51 درصد نمونه‌ها دارای اضطراب متوسط به بالا و 1/28 درصد از نمونه‌ها مبتلا به اضطراب نسبتا شدید بودند. طبق نتایج آزمون مجذور خی، بین نوع بیماری و میزان افسردگی (000/0=P)، اضطراب آشکار (001/0=P) و اضطراب پنهان (026/0=P) رابطه‌ی معنی‌دار آماری وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، اغلب بیماران مبتلا به سل ریوی، آسم و اختلال انسدادی مزمن ریوی از افسردگی خفیف و اضطراب متوسط رنج می‌بردند و بین نوع بیماری با میزان افسردگی و اضطراب آشکار و پنهان، رابطه‌ی معنی‌دار وجود داشت. بنا بر این می‌توان با شناخت آسیب‌پذیری بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات تنفسی نسبت به نشانه‌های روان‌پزشکی، جهت پیشگیری و درمان اقدام نمود.}, keywords_fa = {آسم برونشیال,اضطراب,افسردگی,بیماری انسدادی مزمن ریوی,سل ریوی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_1420.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_1420_ab3c876d43f40b54892faaa80459fa5f.pdf} }
