So, 888 students were selected using multi-stage cluster random sampling method. To collect data, Object Relations Inventory, Kernberg’s Inventory of Personality Organization and Garner's Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26) were used. Data analysis conducted through multiple regression analysis.       Results: The primary object relations and personality organization explained 0.23 and 0.17 of the variance of the pathological eating patterns, respectively. The regression coefficient for the primary object relations in the dimensions of inadequacy and insecurity were β=0.29 and β=0.28 respectively. Regression coefficient for primary mental defenses, identity confusion and borderline personality disorder (BPD), with beta coefficients were 0.70, 0.16 and 0.18, respectively that they are predicted positively and suggest the pathological eating patterns at level of 0.01.   Conclusion: It is concluded that primary object relations and personality organization can predict pathological eating patterns.}, keywords = {Pathological eating patterns,Personality,Prediction}, title_fa = {پیش‌بینی الگوهای مرضی خوردن بر اساس روابط موضوعی اولیه و سازمان‌یافتگی شخصیت}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی الگوهای مرضی خوردن بر اساس روابط موضوعی اولیه و سازمانیافتگی شخصیت انجام شد.روشکار: جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی شامل دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد مشغول به تحصیل در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 96-1395 دانشگاه پیام نور و آزاد اسلامی شهر قم بودند. تعداد 888 نفر از این دانشجویان با استفاده از نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب گردیدند. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای روابط موضوعی، سازمانیافتگی شخصیت کرنبرگ و نگرش‌های خوردن گارنر بودند. تحلیل دادهها با تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد.یافتهها: روابط موضوعی اولیه 23/0 و سازمانیافتگی شخصیت 17/0 از واریانس الگوی مرضی خوردن را تبیین میکنند. ضریب رگرسیون مربوط به روابطموضوعی اولیه در بعد بیکفایتی و ناایمنی به ترتیب با ضرایب بتا (29/0 و 28/0 و ضریب رگرسیون مربوط به دفاعهای روانی نخستین، سردرگمی هویت و شخصیت مرزی به ترتیب با ضرایب بتای 70/0، 16/0 و 18/0 به صورت مثبت و در سطح 01/0 الگوی مرضیخوردن را پیشبینی میکنند.نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، روابط موضوعی اولیه و سازمانیافتگی شخصیت قادر به پیشبینی الگوهای مرضیخوردن میباشند.}, keywords_fa = {الگوهای مرضی خوردن,پیش‌بینی,شخصیت}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_12407.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_12407_6801baa52b661601bb36c407f11aa9bb.pdf} }
