اثرات قلبی بازتوانی ورزشی بر کیفیت زندگی، اضطراب و افسردگی در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلب

چکیده

مقدمه: اثرات مفید تمرین ورزشی در انواع اختلالات قلبی ثبت شده است. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثرات ورزش در یک برنامه‌ی بازتوانی ورزشی بر کیفیت زندگی، اضطراب و افسردگی در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی ارجاع شده برای بازتوانی قلبی طراحی شده است.
روش‌کار: دراین کارآزمایی بالینی 65 بیمار با سن 70-50 سال مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی از بین بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به پژوهشکده‌ی بازتوانی قلب و عروق اصفهان در سال 1391 به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون (33 نفر) و شاهد (32 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمون در یک برنامه‌ی 8 هفته‌ای تمرین هوازی نظارت شده، به مدت 45-30 دقیقه در هر جلسه، 3 روز در هفته در روزهای متناوب (8 هفته)شرکت کردند، در حالی که افراد گروه شاهد، مراقبت‌های پزشکی استاندارد را دریافت و در طول این دوره در هیچ برنامه‌ی ورزشی منظم شرکت نداشتند. در آغاز و پایان برنامه‌ی توان‌بخشی ورزش،
آزمون‌های افسردگی و اضطراب بک و فرم کوتاه (36 سئوالی) پرسش‌نامه‌ی کیفیت زندگی برای ارزیابی افسردگی، اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نمره‌ی کیفیت زندگی، اضطراب و افسردگی در گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه شاهد بهبود معنی‌داری نشان داد (001/0=P).
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد به‌کارگیری یک برنامه‌ی بازتوانی ورزشی مناسب به بهبود وضعیت روانی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی کمک خواهد کرد.
