بررسی رابطه ی منبع کنترل، صفات شخصیت، عزت نفس و جهت گیری مذهبی با رفتار مطلوب انضباطی

چکیده

مقدمه: سازه‌های روان‌شناختی مانند منبع کنترل، صفات شخصیت، عزت نفس و جهت‌گیری مذهبی در ایجاد رفتار مطلوب انضباطی نقش مهمی دارند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی روابط میان منبع کنترل، صفات شخصیت، عزت نفس و جهت‌گیری مذهبی با رفتار مطلوب انضباطی انجام شد.
روش‌کار: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی–تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل دانشجویان رشته‌های زبان انگلیسی، آموزش ابتدایی و مطالعات خانواده‌ی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مشهد در سال تحصیلی 93-1392 بودند. 200 دانشجو (134 دختر و 66 پسر) به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. آن‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌های منبع کنترل، صفات شخصیت، عزت نفس، جهت‌گیری مذهبی و رفتار مطلوب انضباطی را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 19 و روش رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: میان منبع کنترل درونی، پذیرش، سازگاری، وظیفه‌شناسی، عزت نفس، جهت‌گیری مذهبی درونی در سطح (01/0P<) و برون‌گرایی در سطح (05/0P<) با رفتار مطلوب انضباطی، رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنادار و میان روان‌رنجورخویی در سطح (05/0P<) با رفتار مطلوب انضباطی، رابطه‌ی منفی و معنادار وجود داشت. وظیفه‌شناسی، عزت نفس، روان‌رنجورخویی و جهت‌گیری مذهبی درونی در یک مدل پیش‌بین توانستند 46 درصد از واریانس رفتار مطلوب انضباطی را پیش‌بینی کنند و نیز سهم وظیفه‌شناسی در پیش‌بینی رفتار مطلوب انضباطی بیش از سایر متغیرها بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: مهم‌ترین پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌های رفتار مطلوب انضباطی، وظیفه‌شناسی، عزت نفس، روان‌رنجورخویی و جهت‌گیری مذهبی درونی بودند. برای افزایش رفتار مطلوب انضباطی نخست باید به آموزش وظیفه‌شناسی و عزت نفس پرداخت، سپس برای کاهش روان‌رنجورخویی راهکارهایی ارایه کرد و در نهایت به آموزش جهت‌گیری مذهبی درونی اقدام کرد.
