بررسی اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی ماماها و ارتباط آن با تنش شغلی

چکیده

مقدمه: بروز تنش‌های شغلی در حرفه‌ی مامایی می‌تواند باعث افزایش شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و کاهش میزان بازدهی و کیفیت ارایه‌ی خدمات آن‌ها شود. لذا این پژوهش به منظور تعیین میزان شیوع علایم اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در نواحی گوناگون بدن ماماها و بررسی ارتباط میان تنش شغلی و شیوع علایم اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی انجام گرفت.
روش‌کار: جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی را تمام ماماهای شاغل در بیمارستان‌های دولتی و خصوصی شهر کرمان در سال 1390 تشکیل دادند. 74 نفر از ماماها به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد نوردیک و تنش شغلی آلتمایر استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تی و مجذور خی) و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 16 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش 4/78 درصد افراد مورد بررسی، در 12ماه گذشته حداقل در یک عضو بدن ناراحتی و یا درد را تجربه کرده‌اند که بیشترین فراوانی علایم اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در سه عضو پاها 2/39 درصد (29 نفر)، زانوها و کمر هر کدام 1/35 درصد (26 نفر) دیده شد. هم‌چنین ارتباط
معنی‌داری بین اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و تنش شغلی ماماها به دست آمد (05/0P<).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، احتمالا تنش‌های شغلی می‌توانند باعث تشدید عوارض جسمانی از جمله اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی شوند.
هم‌چنین با توجه به شیوع بالای اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی بالا، برگزاری
دوره‌های آموزشی در خصوص اتخاذ وضعیت‌های بدنی استاندارد حین انجام وظایف و اجتناب از وضعیت‌های بدنی نامناسب، حایز اهمیت هستند.
