بررسی مقایسه‌ای سلامت روان و رضایت از زندگی زنان شاغل و غیرشاغل

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به حضور روزافزون زنان در عرصه اجتماع و اهمیت سلامت روانی و رضایت از زندگی آن­ها و نقش مهم زنان به لحاظ ایجاد خانواده و جامعه سالم، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه سلامت روان و رضایت از زندگی زنان شاغل و خانه­دار انجام شد.
روش­کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی، تعداد 120 زن شاغل در ادارات دولتی و 120 زن غیر شاغل با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با استفاده از پرسش­نامه­های سلامت عمومی (GHQ-28) و رضایت از زندگی داینر جمع­آوری شدند. تحلیل داده­ها با آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با کمک نرم­افزار SPSS انجام شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که زنان شاغل در مقایسه با زنان خانه­دار در پرسش­نامه­های سلامت روانی و رضایت از زندگی نمرات بالاتری به دست آورده­اند (05/0>P).
نتیجه­گیری: به نظر می­رسد، اشتغال بر سلامت روان و رضایت از زندگی زنان تاثیر مثبتی دارد لذا فراهم نمودن زمینه­های مشارکت اجتماعی و اشتغال­زایی متناسب با شان زنان و تسهیل تعامل بین زندگی کاری و خانوادگی توصیه می­گردد.
