عوامل پیش بینی کننده ی جستجوی جراحی زیبایی
مقدمه: پیگیری زیبایی از طریق جراحی یک کنارهگیری روانی از واقعیت است. این مفهوم چندبعدی به عوامل متعددی به ویژه صفات شخصیت و سبکهای دفاعی افراد، وابسته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل پیشبینیکنندهی جستجوی جراحی زیبایی در افراد داوطلب بود. روشکار: این تحقیق از نوع همبستگی با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس اجرا شد. از تعداد 80 نفر از مراجعهکنندگان برای انجام جراحی زیبایی به کلینیکهای زیبایی شهرستان یزد در سال 1390، درخواست شد تا به صورت داوطلبانه پرسشنامههای صفات شخصیتی نئو و سبکهای دفاعی را تکمیل نمایند. 80 نفر از مراجعهکنندگان غیر داوطلب به بیمارستانهای فوق، به عنوان گروه شاهد تعیین شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری استفاده شد. یافتهها: سه متغیر وضعیت تاهل، سطح تحصیلات مادر و سبکهای دفاعیروانآزرده، پیشبینیکنندههای قوی برای گرایش به جراحی زیبایی میباشند. مقایسهی افراد داوطلب و غیر داوطلب همجنس، نشان داد که با کنترل اثر سن و تحصیلات فرد، مردان دو گروه از نظر صفات شخصیت هیچ تفاوت معنیداری با یکدیگر ندارند و از بین سبکهای دفاعی، فقط از لحاظ سبکهای رشدنایافته تفاوت آنها معنیدار است (0.02=P)، صفات شخصیتی در زنان گروه داوطلب و غیر داوطلب نیز تفاوت ندارند و از لحاظ سبکهای رشدنایافته (0.03=P) و روانآزرده (0.002=P) تفاوتآنها معنیدار است. نتیجهگیری: انگیزهی جستجوی جراحی زیبایی بر اساس ترکیبی از عوامل روانشناختی، هیجانی و مربوط به خانواده است و دفاعهای من به عنوان مکانیسمهای روانشناختی تعدیلکنندهی صفات ناسازگار و عواطف منفی به کار میروند.

اضطراب و افسردگی در زنان جوان وابسته به مواد در مشهد
مقدمه: حدود 10 درصد معتادان کشور، زن هستند. از مباحث مهم در بررسی وابستگی زنان به مواد، اختلالات روانی از جمله اضطراب و افسردگی است که عامل موثر در گرایش زنان به سمت وابستگی به مواد است و میتواند پیامد وابستگی نیز باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اضطراب و افسردگی در زنان جوان با وابستگی به مواد در شهر مشهد انجام شده است. روشکار: این مطالعهی مورد-شاهدی روی 236 زن 25-16 ساله در سه گروه زنان وابسته به مواد آسیبپذیر، زنان وابسته به مواد فاقد آسیبپذیری و شاهد منتخب به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی در سال 1390 با رضایت آگاهانه انجام شد. اطلاعات کسب شده شامل ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی، اقتصادی-اجتماعی و اضطراب و افسردگی بر اساس پرسشنامهی بک توسط نرمافزار SPSS تحلیل شد. برای توصیف آزمودنیها از آمار توصیفی و برای مقایسه از آزمونهای پارامتریک (آزمون تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس) و غیر پارامتریک (من-ویتنی و کروسکال-والیس) استفاده شده است. یافتهها: وجود اضطراب و شدت آن در افراد وابسته به مواد (آسیبپذیر و فاقد آسیبپذیری) به طور معنیداری بیشتر از گروه شاهد (0.001>P) ولی بین دو گروه وابسته به مواد، معنیدار نبود (0.05=P). وجود افسردگی و شدت آن در دو گروه وابسته به مواد به طور معنیداری بیشتر از گروه شاهد (0.001>P) ولی بین دو گروه وابسته به مواد معنیدار نبود (0.07=P). نتیجهگیری: بین وابستگی به مواد با سطح اضطراب و افسردگی، شدت اضطراب و افسردگی و آسیب پذیری در زنان رابطهی معنیداری وجود دارد.

اثربخشی درمان گروهی ذهن آگاهی بر کاهش علایم آسیب شناسی روانی و تغییرات الکتروکاردیوگرافی در افراد مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب
مقدمه: پژوهشهای سالهای اخیر بیش از پیش، موید تاثیر عوامل روانی بر پیدایش و سیر بیماریهای کرونر قلب میباشند. این پژوهش با هدف اثربخشی درمان گروهی ذهنآگاهی بر تغییرات الکتروکاردیوگرافی و کاهش علایم آسیبشناسی روانی در افراد مبتلا به بیماری کرونری قلب انجام پذیرفت. روشکار: 22 نفر از مردان مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب در یک کارآزمایی بالینی به روش نمونهگیری پیاپی از میان جامعهی پژوهش (مردان مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب که به بیمارستان حشمت شهر رشت مراجعه کرده بودند) انتخاب و به طورتصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد قرار گرفتند. برای بررسی علایم آسیبشناسی روانی، پرسشنامههای افسردگی بک، اضطراب حالت-صفت اشپیلبرگر و مادههای خصومت در پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شدهی چکلیست روانی 90 آیتمی به عنوان پیشآزمون در دو گروه اجرا و جهت بررسی اثربخشی روش ذهنآگاهی بر تغییرات الکتروکاردیوگرافی، قبل و بعد از مداخلهی ذهنآگاهی از بیماران، نوار قلب گرفته شد. پس از اجرای هشت جلسه آموزش شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی در گروه آزمون، ابزارهای فوق مجددا به عنوان پسآزمون در هر دو گروه اجرا گردید. دادهها توسط تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیری و چندمتغیری بررسی شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه شاهد و آزمون در نمرات پسآزمون افسردگی، خصومت، اضطراب حالت و صفت، تفاوت معنیداری (0.001>P) وجود دارد اما آموزش ذهنآگاهی بر شاخصهای الکتروکاردیوگرافی تاثیر معنیداری نداشت (0.05<P). نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسدآموزش ذهنآگاهی گروهی، تاثیر معنیداری در کاهش علایم آسیبشناسی روانی در مردان مبتلا به بیماری عروق کرونر قلب دارد.

رابطه ی نام با عزت نفس در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد همدان
مقدمه: عزت نفس جزء عاطفی و ارزشیابانهی خودپنداره تلقی میگردد و بخشی از خویشتن هر فرد که تاثیر زیادی بر خودپنداره یا هویت وی دارد، نام او است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطهی نام کوچک و عزت نفس عمومی با توجه به جنسیت دانشجویان است.
روشکار: مطالعه به روش پیمایشی بر روی نمونهی 400 نفری از دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد همدان در سال تحصیلی 91-1390 صورت گرفته که به روش طبقهای نسبی انتخاب شدند. ابزار آن پرسشنامهی عزت نفس کوپراسمیت 58 گویهای بوده است. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس یکسویه، دوطرفهی بین آزمودنی، آزمون تی برای گروههای مستقل، آزمون لون برای همگنی واریانسها و آزمون تعقیبی توکی صورت گرفته است.
یافتهها: نمرهی عزت نفس عمومی دانشجویان 6.91± 31.91 بوده و تفاوتی از نظر جنسیت وجود نداشته است (0.747=P) اما بین نوع نام دانشجویان با عزت نفس کلی رابطه وجود داشت (0.013=P) و عزت نفس دارندگان نامهای اسلامی بیشتر از واجدین نامهای ایرانی یا فرنگی بود.
نتیجهگیری: عزت نفس دانشجویان با نوع نام فارغ از جنسیت آنان رابطه دارد و با توجه به فرهنگ ما در دارندگان نامهای اسلامی بیشتر از ایرانی یا فرنگی است.

فراوانی اختلال وسواسی-جبری در دوره های قبل از ازدواج، بارداری و پس از زایمان
مقدمه:اختلال وسواسی-جبرییکی از ناتوانکنندهترین اختلالات اضطرابی است. با توجه به افزایش سطح اضطراب درچرخهی باروری زنان، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی فراوانیاختلال وسواسی-جبریدر دورههای قبل از ازدواج، بارداری و پس از زایمان در زنان مراجعهکننده به مراکز بهداشتی-درمانی شهر مشهد در سال 1391 انجام شد. روشکار: این مطالعهی توصیفی-مقایسهای بر روی 900 زنمراجعهکننده به مراکز بهداشتی-درمانی شهر مشهد در سال 1391 (500 نفرقبل از ازدواج، 200 نفر باردار و200نفر در دورهی پس از زایمان) واجد شرایط پژوهش، بر اساس نمونهگیری چندمرحلهای انجام شد. دادهها با پرسشنامههایاختلال وسواسی-جبری مادزلی وییل-براون و افسردگی ادینبورگ گردآوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی، توسط نرمافزار SPSS تحلیل گردید. یافتهها:فراوانی اختلال وسواسی-جبری در زنان در دورههای قبل از ازدواج 4 درصد، بارداری 18.5 درصد و پس از زایمان 24 درصد بود و سه گروه با هم اختلافمعنیداری داشتند(000/0=P). در سه گروه، میانگین نمرهی استاندارد شده (صفر تا 100) اختلال وسواسی-جبری در 4 حیطه شامل شک و تردید، بازبینی، کندیو شست و شو به ترتیب 1.0، 61.70، 44.3 و 40.9 بود. میانگین نمرهی شدت اختلال در گروه قبل از ازدواج 7.1±15.9، بارداری 4.5±20.6 و پس از زایمان 5.1±20.9 به دست آمد و تفاوت، معنیدار بود(0.007=P). نتیجهگیری: زنان در دوران بارداری و پس از زایمان در معرض خطر ابتلا به اختلال وسواسی-جبریهستند که این امر توجه مسئولین بهداشتی کشور به سلامت روان مادران در دوران بارداری و پس از زایمان را میطلبد.

مراقبه در فرهنگ اسلامی و در غرب
مراقبه در فرهنگ غرب، نوعی تمرین برای تمرکز حواس با هدف رسیدن به آرامش یا پیشرفت معنوی و در اخلاق و عرفان اسلامی به معنای پاکسازی خود برای رسیدن به خدا است.
بر اساس پژوهشهای صورت گرفته، مراقبه میتواند از نظر فیزیکی تغییراتی در ساختار مغز از جمله هیپوکامپ و بخشهایی از ساقهی مغز ایجاد نماید که با در نظر گرفتن عملکرد این قسمتها، عملکرد مثبت مراقبه در بهبود یادگیری، حافظه، کنترل هیجانی، ساخت نورونهای جدید، اختلالات اضطرابی، اختلالات خلقی و خواب، محتمل است. بر اساس عوامل فرهنگی و مذهبی کشور ما، بهکارگیری مراقبه میتواند در کاهش نشانههای بعضی اختلالات روانپزشکی و بهبود سلامت روانی افراد جامعه موثر واقع شود.

کارایی بالینی مقیاس های اعتباری و بالینی پرسش نامه ی شخصیتی چندوجهی مینه سوتا نوجوانی (MMPI-A): مقایسه ی نیم رخ روانی در گروه بالینی با هنجار و تعیین نمره ی برش
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسهی نیمرخ گروههای هنجار و بالینی در مقیاسهای اعتباری و بالینی پرسشنامهی شخصیتی چندوجهی مینهسوتا-نوجوانی (MMPI-A)، فرم حوادث ناگوار زندگی و تعیین نمرهی برش برای نوجوانان ایرانی انجام شده است. روشکار: در این مطالعهی پیمایشی-کاربردی نسخهی نهایی پرسشنامه روی نمونهی هنجاری 2018 نفر (975 پسر و 1043 دختر نوجوان) به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای در مراکز استانهای تهران، خراسان رضوی، فارس، اصفهان و آذربایجان شرقی در سال تحصیلی 89-1388 اجرا شد. نمونهی بالینی 73 بیمار 18-14 ساله بودند که با مصاحبهی بالینی با پرسشنامهی اختلالات عاطفی و اسکیزوفرنیا برای کودکان سنین مدرسه و بر اساس چهارمین ویراست راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی تشخیصگذاری شدند. دادهها با تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و روش منحنی ویژگی عملیاتی تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: بین گروه هنجار و بالینی در مقیاسهای اعتباری ناهماهنگی پاسخ متغیر، ناهماهنگی پاسخ صحیح، نابسامدی نوع یک و دو، نابسامدی، دروغگویی و در مقیاسهای بالینی خودبیمارانگاری، افسردگی، هیستری، سایکوپاتی، مردانگی-زنانگی، پارانویا، ضعف روانی، اسکیزوفرنیا، مانیک و درونگرایی اجتماعی و فرم حوادث ناگوار زندگی، تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده شد (P>0.01). برای تفکیک دو گروه بالینی و هنجار به روش منحنی ویژگی عملیاتی برای هر یک از مقیاسهای اعتباری و بالینی بین دو گروه هنجار و بالینی، نمرهی برش بهینهای تعیین شد. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج، روایی تشخیصی مقیاسهای اعتباری و بالینی MMPI-A و فرم حوادث ناگوار زندگی در گروه بالینی و هنجار در حد رضایتبخشی است. نمرهی برش برابر با نمرهی استاندارد تی 65، دارای حساسیت و ویژگی بهینه برای تمییز دو گروه و کارایی بالینی قابل قبول است.

اثر تمرینات نوروفیدبک بر میزان توجه ورزشکاران ماهر دو و میدانی
مقدمه: از نوروفیدبک علاوه بر شناخت و درمان بیماریها، در بهبود کارآیی و افزایش کیفیت کار افراد سالم نیز استفاده میشود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تمرینات نوروفیدبک بر میزان توجه ورزشکاران دو و میدانی بود. روشکار: این کارآزمایی بالینی به صورت پیش و پسآزمون با گروه شاهد و ساختگی انجام شد. از میان ورزشکاران دو و میدانی مشهد در سال 1390، 36 نفر به صورت داوطلبانه و هدفدار انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در 3 گروه 12 نفری (آزمون، ساختگی و شاهد) قرار گرفتند. مداخله در قالب پروتکل افزایش بتا 1 در نواحی Cz و Fz در 12 جلسه اجرا شد. جهت سنجش میزان توجه از نرمافزار آزمون توجه متمرکز و جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، تحلیل واریانس یکسویه و در صورت معنیداری از آزمون تعقیبی LSD استفاده شد. یافتهها: تحلیل واریانس یکسویه، تفاوت معنیداری بین تمرینات نوروفیدبک و افزایش میزان توجه ورزشکاران در گروههای مختلف را نشان داد (002/0=P). بر اساس نتایج آزمون تعقیبی، اختلاف معنیداری بین گروههای آزمون با شاهد (0.003=P) و آزمون با ساختگی (0.002=P) میباشد و در بین گروههای ساختگی با شاهد (0.249) اختلاف معنیداری دیده نشد. نتایج حاکی از ارتباط معنیدار بین تمرینات و افزایش توجه در گروه آزمون بود (P<0.05). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به تاثیر مثبت نوروفیدبک شاید بتوان از این روش به عنوان تمرینات مکمل و کمکی در هنگام آموزش مهارتها جهت افزایش یادگیری و بهبود توجه ورزشکاران استفاده نمود.
