رابطه ی هوش هیجانی و مولفه های آن با علایم اضطرابی
ظریهها و پژوهشهای اخیر به بررسی نقش بدتنظیمی هیجانی در افراد مبتلا به اختلالات اضطرابی پرداختهاند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطهی هوش هیجانی و مولفههای آن با علایم اضطرابی دانشجویان بود. روشکار: در این پژوهش توصیفیهمبستگی که طی سالهای 89-1388 اجرا گردید، تعداد 184 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه شیراز از گروههای علوم انسانی، فنیمهندسی و علوم پایه به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به منظور اندازهگیری هوش هیجانی از مقیاس رگهی فراخلقی (TMMS) و برای اندازهگیری علایم اضطرابی از آزمون اضطراب بک (BAI) استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد. یافته ها: بین نمرهی کلی هوش هیجانی و علایم اضطرابی، رابطهی معکوس و معنیداری وجود داشت (001/0>P). همچنین بین مولفههای هوش هیجانی (وضوح احساسات و اصلاح خلق) و علایم اضطرابی رابطهی معکوس و معنیداری وجود داشت (001/0>P). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که مولفههای وضوح هیجانات و اصلاح خلق، توان لازم برای پیشبینی علایم اضطرابی را دارند. نتیجه گیری: هوش هیجانی با علایم اضطرابی رابطهی معکوس دارد و مولفههای وضوح هیجانات و اصلاح خلق قادرند که علایم اضطرابی را پیشبینی کنند.

عوامل موثر در الگوی مناسب باورهای انگیزشی دانش آموزان دبیرستانی در شهر تهران
باورهای انگیزشی دستهای از معیارهای شخصی و اجتماعی هستند که افراد برای انجام یک عمل به آنها مراجعه میکنند. این باورها دربرگیرندهی چندین سازهی متفاوت هستند که توسط الگوهای نظری متفاوت مانند نظریههای اسناد، خود کارآمدی، هدف و انگیزش درونی به وجود آمدهاند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر (خانوادگی، فردی، آموزشگاهی و محیطی) در الگوی مناسب باورهای انگیزشی دانشآموزان تهرانی است.
روشکار: این پژوهش، پیمایشی و نمونهی آماری آن را 499 دانشآموز دبیرستانی شامل 282 دختر (6/56 درصد) و 217 پسر (4/43 درصد) با دامنهی سنی 18-15 سال تشکیل دادند که به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای نسبی از میان دانشآموزان دبیرستانهای منطقهی یک آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 89-1388 انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامهی راهبردهای خودانگیخته برای یادگیری (MSLQ)، پرسشنامهی تجدید نظر شدهی سنجش نگرش نسبت به مدرسه (SAAS-R)، مقیاس کنترل درونیبیرونی راتر، پرسشنامهی محققساخته جهت سنجش عوامل آموزشگاهی، پرسشنامهی محققساخته جهت سنجش فرهنگ و ارزشهای اجتماعی و پرسشنامهی وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی خانواده در اختیار آنها قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمون مقایسهی میانگینهای مستقل، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان چندگانه استفاده شد.
یافتهها: بیشترین ارتباط معنیدار عوامل فوق با باورهای انگیزشی دانشآموزان به ترتیب عبارت بودند از عوامل محیطی (440/0=r)، عوامل فردی (426/0=r) و عوامل آموزشگاهی (248/0=r) (01/0>P). همچنین عوامل خانوادگی ارتباط معنیداری با باورهای انگیزشی دانشآموزان نداشت (002/0-=r، 05/0<P).
نتیجه گیری: بین باورهای انگیزشی دانشآموزان با عوامل محیطی، عوامل فردی و عوامل آموزشگاهی رابطهی مستقیم و مثبتی وجود دارد.

مقایسه ی ویژگی های ترسیمی کودکان پرورشگاهی و غیرپرورشگاهی در آزمون ترسیم خانواده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسهی ویژگیهای ترسیمی کودکان پرورشگاهیو غیرپرورشگاهی در آزمون ترسیم خانواده است.
روشکار: این پژوهش علیمقایسهای در اردیبهشت 1388 با نمونهای شامل 26 دختر و 8 پسر 7 تا 10 ساله انجام شد که 13 دختر و 4 پسر در هر کدام از گروههای ساکن مرکز شبانهروزی و خانوادهی عادی قرار داشتند. کودکان پرورشگاهی به شیوهی در دسترس از مرکز شبانهروزی و کودکان غیرپرورشگاهی به شیوهی تصادفی از مدارس ابتدایی شهر رشت انتخاب شدند. آزمون ترسیم خانواده به شیوهی کرمن استفاده گردید و از آزمودنیها خواسته شد با مداد، خانوادهای را که دوست دارند به تصویر بکشند. دربارهی نقش، جنس، سن و احساس اشخاص ترسیم شده نسبت به هم و این که کودک دوست دارد جای کدام یک از افراد باشد، پرسش گردید. تحلیل آماری دادهها در مورد شاخصهای ترسیم خانواده بر اساس آزمون آماری مجذور خی انجام شد.
یافتهها: در شاخصهای محتوایی ترسیم خانواده شامل اولین فرد ترسیم شده، بزرگترین فرد، همسانسازی کودک، آخرین فرد ترسیم شده، حذف کامل فرد و در شاخصهای ترسیمی مانند وسعت ترسیم، نیروی خطوط ترسیم، جهت ترسیم و فاصلهی کودک از والدین، بین کودکان دو گروه تفاوت معنیداری دیده نشد و فقط در مورد افزودن فرد جدید، تفاوت بین دو گروه معنیدار بود (039/0=P). تعارضات کودکان پرورشگاهی بیشتر پیرامون والدین بود در حالی که در مورد کودکان غیر پرورشگاهی، تعارضات میان کودک با سایر کودکان در خانواده دیده شد.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس آزمون ترسیم خانواده تعارضات کودکان پرورشگاهی و غیر پرورشگاهی متفاوت است

اعتباریابی و تطبیق فرهنگی تست ارزیابی نیازهای مراقبان بیماران اسکیزوفرنی و نیازسنجی خانواده های بیماران خلقی دوقطبی و طیف اسکیزوفرنی
یکی از مفاهیم اساسی در بهداشت روان، ارزیابی نیازهای بیماران و مراقبان آنها است. در این پژوهش به اعتباریابی و تطبیق فرهنگی تست ارزیابی نیازهای مراقبان بیماران اسکیزوفرنی (CNA-S) و نیازسنجی خانوادهی بیماران پرداخته شده است.
روشکار: پرسشنامهی CNA-S شامل 18 مورد از نیازهای خانوادهی بیماران میباشد. پس از ترجمهی تست، 18 بخش آن بین دو گروه کانونی مجزا (متخصصان روانپزشکی و خانوادهی بیماران) به بحث گذاشته شد. سپس مصاحبهی نیمهساختار یافته بر اساس پرسشنامهی نهایی با 50 نفر از مراقبین اصلی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی و طیف اسکیزوفرنی که به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS نسخه 17 و روشهای آماری توصیفی، آلفای کرونباخ و تست کروسکال-والیس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: در دو گروه کانونی هیچ موردی حذف یا اضافه نشد. 88/79 درصد از بستگان بیماران تمام 18 مورد را جدی و شدید تلقی کردند. 84/92 درصد از آنان حداقل یکی از راهحلهای پیشنهادی را برای هر مشکل مفید دانستند. بین خانوادهی بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات دوقطبی، اسکیزوفرنی و اسکیزوافکتیو از نظر نوع نیازها به جز یک مورد، تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت (05/0P>).
نتیجه گیری: این وسیلهی ارزیابی میتواند به عنوان یک ابزار مطابق با فرهنگ جهت سنجش نیازها و مداخلات راهگشا برای خانوادهی بیماران مبتلا به بیماری روانپزشکی شدید توسط محققان و کسانی که در حوزهی سلامت روان کار میکنند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

بررسی رابطه ی بین ادراک دلبستگی کودکی و دلبستگی نوجوانی با پایگاه های هویت در نوجوانان 15 تا 17 ساله
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطهی بین ادراک دلبستگی کودکی و سبکهای دلبستگی در نوجوانی با پایگاههای هویت بود
روشکار: در سال تحصیلی 88-1387 در یک مطالعهی توصیفیتحلیلی از نوع مقطعی، نمونهی پژوهش شامل 104 پسر و 106 دختر دانشآموز دبیرستانی شهرستان تربت جام با دامنهی سنی 17-15 سال به صورت تصادفی و از طریق روش نمونهگیری چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. سبک دلبستگی به والدین توسط آزمون سنجش مقیاس دلبستگی نسبت به هر والد و سبک دلبستگی در نوجوانان توسط پرسشنامهی سبک دلبستگی کولینز و رید و پایگاه هویت توسط پرسشنامهی سنجش عینی پایگاه هویت من اندازهگیری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون مجذور خی و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد.
یافته ها: معادلات رگرسیونی بیانگر این موضوع است که به ترتیب دلبستگی ایمن، دلبستگی ناایمن-دوسوگرا و دلبستگی اجتنابی بیشترین اثر را بر پایگاه هویت موفق داشتهاند و به ترتیب دلبستگی اجتنابی، دلبستگی ناایمن-دوسوگرا و دلبستگی ایمن بیشترین اثر را بر پایگاه هویت زودرس داشتهاند. علاوه بر این به ترتیب دلبستگی ناایمن-دوسوگرا، دلبستگی اجتنابی و دلبستگی ایمن (با جهت مخالف) بیشترین اثر را بر پایگاه هویت معوق و دلبستگی اجتنابی، دلبستگی ایمن (با جهت مخالف) و دلبستگی ناایمن-دوسوگرا بیشترین اثر را بر پایگاه هویت سردرگم داشتهاند.
نتیجه گیری: این تحقیق نشان دادکه هر چه دلبستگی ایمن در کودکی و نوجوانی بیشتر باشد فرد در نوجوانی با احتمال بیشتری پایگاه هویتی موفق را اتخاذ میکند.

بررسی رابطه ی سلامت روان، هوش معنوی و افکار ناکارآمد در دانشجویان دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان
پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطهی سلامت روان، هوش معنوی و افکار ناکارآمد در دانشجویان دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان در سال تحصیلی 88-1387 پرداخته است.
روشکار: نمونهی تحقیق شامل 370 دانشجو (108 پسر و 255 دختر) بود. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامهی سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ 4، پرسشنامهی افکار ناکارآمد (DAS) و پرسشنامهی خودگزارشی هوش معنوی 24 (SISRI-24) بوده است. برای تحلیل نتایج از روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی به روش ورود مکرر استفاده شد.
یافتهها: بین هوش معنوی و سلامت روان همبستگی مثبت معنیدار (01/0P<) و بین هوش معنوی و افکار ناکارآمد و بین سلامت روان و افکار ناکارآمد نیز همبستگی منفی معنیدار وجود دارد (01/0P<). تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که هوش معنوی و نیز افکار ناکارآمد، قادر به پیشبینی قسمتی از واریانس سلامت روان میباشند.
نتیجهگیری: هوش معنوی و افکار ناکارآمد دانشجویان، بر سلامت روان ایشان موثر میباشد.

بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد نوجوانان دانش آموز در مورد اکستازی در مراکز پیش دانشگاهی زاهدان
طبق نظر سازمان جهانی بهداشت سوءمصرف مواد با آگاهی و نگرش ارتباط دارد. اکستازی از نظر ساختمان شیمیایی یکی از انواع آمفتامینهاست و یکی از مواد مورد سوءمصرف در کشور میباشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشآموزان پیشدانشگاهی زاهدان در مورد اکستازی میباشد.
روشکار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعهی توصیفیتحلیلی است که بر روی 837 دانشآموز شهر زاهدان در سال 1387 که به روش نمونهگیری چندمرحلهای تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل یک پرسشنامهی دموگرافیک و سه پرسش نامهی بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد نوجوانان در مورد اکستازی بودند که توسط پژوهشگر ساخته شده و روایی و پایایی آنها مناسب بودند. تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS و به کمک آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای آماری تحلیل واریانس انجام شد.
یافته ها: سطح آگاهی اکثر دانشآموزان در مورد اکستازی (2/60 درصد) خوب بوده و اکثر آنها (4/77 درصد) دارای نگرش خنثی نسبت به مصرف اکستاسی بودند. یافتهها در زمینهی عملکرد دانشآموزان در مورد اکستازی نشان داد که 100 درصد دانشآموزان سابقهی مصرف آن را نداشتهاند.
نتیجه گیری: با وجود این که سطح آگاهی اکثر نوجوانان در مورد اکستازی متوسط و خوب است، از دیدگاه بیش از نیمی از آنها، عدم آگاهی فرد یکی از مهمترین دلایل گرایش به مصرف اکستازی ذکر شده است. شمار بالای افراد دارای نگرش خنثی نسبت به مصرف اکستازی میتواند نگرانکننده باشد.

تاثیر استنشاق اسانس اسطوخودوس بر میزان اضطراب مرحله ی اول زایمان در بارداری نخست
اضطراب شایعترین واکنش عاطفی زنان در طی زایمان است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر استنشاق اسانس اسطوخودوس بر میزان اضطراب مرحلهی اول زایمان در بارداری نخست انجام گردید.
روشکار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1387، 102 زن نخست باردار به طور تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. در گروه مورد، 15 دقیقه استنشاق اسانس اسطوخودوس توسط دستمال آغشته با یک قطره اسانس، در گروه دارونما 15 دقیقه استنشاق روغن بادام شیرین و در گروه مراقبت معمول، مواظبتهای روتین بخش زایشگاه انجام شد. میزان اضطراب نمونهها در هر سه گروه در زمانهای قبل، بلافاصله و 60 دقیقه بعد از مداخله توسط پرسشنامهی اضطراب اشپیلبرگر اندازهگیری و با یکدیگر مقایسه شد. برای تحلیل آماری دادهها از آزمونهای مجذور خی، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و کروسکال والیس استفاده شد.
یافته ها: اختلاف میزان اضطراب آشکار زایمان در زمانهای قبل با بلافاصله (001/0=P) و با 60 دقیقه (001/0=P) بعد از مداخله در گروه اسطوخودوس نسبت به گروه دارونما و مراقبت معمول به طور معنیداری کاهش یافته بود. اختلاف میزان اضطراب پنهان در زمانهای قبل با بلافاصله (021/0=P) و با 60 دقیقه (049/0=P) بعد از مداخله در گروه اسطوخودوس به طور معنیداری کمتر از گروه دارونما بود.
نتیجه گیری: استنشاق اسانس اسطوخودوس میزان اضطراب آشکار زایمان را تا زمان 60 دقیقه پس از استنشاق کاهش میدهد، لذا پیشنهاد میشود در هر زمانی از مرحلهی اول زایمان که زنان احساس اضطراب داشتند، از استنشاق این اسانس استفاده کنند
