کیفیت زندگی افراد بعد از عمل جراحی زیبایی بینی در ایران: یک مرور سیستماتیک
مقدمه:عمل جراحی زیبایی بینی در دو دههی اخیر جزء محبوبترین و شایعترین اعمال جراحی زیبایی صورت، در دنیا و ایران بوده است. این مطالعه با هدف مرور جامع و منظم تمام مطالعات انجام شده در مورد کیفیت زندگی افراد بعد از عمل زیبایی بینی انجام شد. روشکار:با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی اختصاصی جستجوی جامع در بانکهای اطلاعاتی PubMed, Web of Science و Scopus انجام شد و تمام مطالعاتی که از ابتدای سال 2000 تا پایان سال 2017توسط نویسندگان ایرانی در مورد کیفیت زندگی افراد بعد از عمل رینوپلاستی انجام شده بود استخراج شد. فقط مطالعات آیندهنگر و مطالعاتی که در بیماران ایرانی انجام شده بود و کیفیت زندگی قبل و بعد از عمل رینوپلاستی بررسی شده بود وارد مطالعه شده و موارد تکراری و بیارتباط حذف شدند. یافتهها:در نهایت سه مقاله واجد شرایط و در مجموع در این مطالعات 275 نفر بررسی شدند. کیفیت زندگی، شش ماه بعد از رینوپلاستی به صورت معنیدار افزایش یافته اما سه ماه بعد از رینوپلاستی تغییر معنیداری نداشت. نتیجهگیری:به نظر میرسد کیفیت زندگی در بیماران ایرانی، 6 ماه بعد از عمل رینوپلاستی بهبود مییابد و قبل از 6 ماه این تغییر در کیفیت زندگی، معنیدار نیست.

نقش اجتناب شناختیرفتاری و سبک هویت اجتنابیآشفته در پیشبینی سازگاری با دانشگاه با کنترل انعطافپذیری شناختی
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش اجتناب شناختیرفتاری و سبک هویت اجتنابی آشفته در پیشبینی سازگاری با دانشگاه با کنترل انعطافپذیری شناختی است.روشکار: در یک طرح همبستگی و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای از بین دانشجویان مجتمع علمالهدی وابسته به دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز، تعداد 285 دانشجوی پسر، در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 به پرسشنامههای اجتناب شناختیرفتاری، سبک هویت اجتنابی آشفته، انعطافپذیری شناختی و سازگاری با دانشگاه پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان با SPSS نسخه 22 تحلیل شدند.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تمام خردهمقیاسهای اجتناب شناختیرفتاری و سبک هویت اجتنابی آشفته، همبستگی منفی و معنیداری با سازگاری با دانشگاه دارند. همچنین بین انعطافپذیری شناختی و سازگاری با دانشگاه، همبستگی مثبت دیده شد. به علاوه، نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان نشان داد که اجتناب شناختیرفتاری و سبک هویت اجتنابی آشفته با کنترل انعطافپذیری شناختی قادر به تبیین و پیشبینی 28 درصد از واریانس سازگاری با دانشگاه هستند.نتیجهگیری: بنابراین با توجه به نقش مهم اجتناب شناختیرفتاری و سبک هویت اجتنابی آشفته در کاهش سازگاری با دانشگاه، هدف قرار دادن این متغیرها در جهت کاهش و پیشگیری از رفتارهای ناسازگارانه در محیط دانشگاه، میتواند مفید واقع شود.

بررسی وضعیت سلامت روان دانشجویان ورودی از کنکور سراسری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال تحصیلی1393-1394
مقدمه: اختلالات روانشناختی، مشکلاتی برای دانشجویان که از اقشار مستعد و برگزیدهی جامعه هستند ایجاد کرده و بر عملکرد تحصیلی آنان اثر گذاشته و رشد روانی، عاطفی و اجتماعی آنان را مختل میکند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سلامت روان دانشجویان ورودی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد از کنکور سراسری در سال تحصیلی 1394-1393 انجام شده است.روشکار: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی روی 973 نفر دانشجویان سال اول (340 نفر مرد و 633 نفر زن) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شده و ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ-28) بوده است. اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 تحلیل شدند.یافتهها: شیوع احتمالی اختلالات روانی در بین دانشجویان 2/12 درصد بود که این نسبت در مردان 8/11 درصد و در زنان 5/12 درصد به دست آمد. در بررسی بین سلامت روان دانشجویان و متغیر جنس و همچنین متغیر دانشکده محل تحصیل رابطه معنیداری پیدا شد (05/0>P). دانشجویان دانشکده بهداشت و پیراپزشکی بیشترین نسبت اختلال یا مشکوک به اختلال را داشتند. در بررسی ارتباط بین سلامت روان و بومی یا غیربومی بودن، وضعیت تاهل و همچنین گروه سنی افراد، ارتباط معنیداری مشاهده نشد.نتیجهگیری: با در نظر گرفتنمیزان شیوع اختلالات روانی در بین دانشجویان در این مطالعه و توجه به این نکته که اختلال روانی باعث کاهش توانایی فرد در انجام فعالیتها و امور آموزشی شده و بسیاری از این اختلالات قابل ارزیابی و پیشگیری هستند، توجه به مسئله سلامت روان دانشجویان اهمیت مییابد.

نقش ابعاد ارتباطی خانواده در افسردگی نوجوانان با واسطهگری انعطافپذیری شناختی
مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی افسردگی بر اساس ابعاد ارتباطی خانواده با واسطهگری انعطافپذیری شناختی بود. روشکار: در این مطالعه از نوع همبستگی 390 دانشآموز (201 دختر و 189 پسر) مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 شرکت داشتند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. برای اندازهگیری متغیرهای پژوهش از مقیاسهای ابعاد ارتباطی خانواده فیتزپاتریک و ریچی (RFCP)، انعطافپذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (CFI) و افسردگی بک-ویرایش دوم (BDI-II) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار SPSS نسخهی 22 و AMOS نسخهی 20 استفاده شده است.یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل مسیر حاکی از آن بود که بعد گفت و شنود، اثر مستقیم و منفی (005/0=P) و اثر غیر مستقیم با واسطهگری انعطافپذیری شناختی (001/0=P) بر افسردگی دارد. بعد همنوایی نیز تنها اثر مستقیم و مثبت (001/0=P) بر افسردگی دارد.نتیجهگیری: در مجموع یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که انعطافپذیری شناختی نقش واسطهای را در رابطهی جهتگیری گفت و شنود و افسردگی ایفا میکند.

تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر زمینه در کارآموزی روانپرستاری بر مهارت همدلی با بیمار دانشجویان پرستاری
مقدمه: کارآموزی در بخش روان میتواند موجب احساس استرس و اضطراب دانشجویان پرستاری قبل از شروع کارآموزی و به عنوان مانعی جهت همدلی با بیمار عمل کند. هدف این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر زمینه در کارآموزی روانپرستاری بر مهارت همدلی با بیمار دانشجویان پرستاری بود.روشکار: در این کارآزمایی بالینی 97 دانشجوی پرستاری در دو گروه (آزمون و شاهد) قرار گرفتند. برای گروه آزمون، آموزش بر مبنای گامهای چهارگانه آموزش مبتنی بر زمینه شامل آزمون موقعیت، خودآموزی، کسب اطلاعات جدید و تامل و تفکر طی دو هفته کارآموزی انجام شد. مهارت همدلی دانشجویان با پرسشنامههای مهارت همدلی با بیمار جفرسون و اضطراب اشپیل برگر قبل از شروع کارآموزی و روز آخر کارآموزی سنجیده شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS نسخهی 16 و آزمونهای تی مستقل، تی جفتی و مجذور خی دقیق استفاده شد.یافتهها: میانگین سن دانشجویان گروه آزمون 8/1 ±6/21 و شاهد 4/2 ±7/21 سال بود. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد، در بعد از مداخله میانگین نمرهی مهارت همدلی با بیمار دانشجویان گروه آزمون به صورت معنیداری بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود (001/0>P).نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از تاثیر مثبت آموزش مبتنی بر زمینه در بهبود همدلی با بیمار دانشجویان پرستاری در کارآموزی روانپرستاری میباشد، لذا توصیه میشود از این روش آموزشی در کارآموزی روانپرستاری استفاده شود.

ارتباط بین هوش هیجانی و نرخ بروز آسیب در ورزشکاران نخبه رشتههای رزمی
مقدمه: هوش هیجانی، مجموعه مهارتهایی است که بر توانایی رویارویی موفقیتآمیز با مقتضیات و فشارهای محیط تاثیر میگذارد. عملکرد ورزشی نیز تا حدود زیادی تحت تاثیر عوامل استرسزای رایج ورزشی قرار می گیرد که ممکن است با خطر آسیبدیدگی همراه باشد. از این رو، هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین هوش هیجانی و نرخ بروز آسیب در ورزشکاران نخبه رشتههای رزمی بود.روشکار: در این مطالعه 110 ورزشکار نخبه مرد شهر تهران که در رشتههای مختلف رزمی در سال 1395 فعالیت داشتند پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی در ورزش لان و همکاران (2009) را به صورت داوطلبانه تکمیل کردند. اطلاعات مربوط به آسیب یک سال گذشته نیز با استفاده از برگه گزارش آسیبهای ورزشی از طریق مصاحبه با ورزشکاران جمعآوری و در دانشکده تربیت بدنی دانشگاه تهران تحلیل شد. از همبستگی پیرسون برای بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرها استفاده گردید.یافتهها: آنالیز همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که یک رابطهی منفی بین مولفههای ششگانهی هوش هیجانی و تعداد آسیبهای ورزشی ورزشکاران نخبه رزمی وجود دارد اما از نظر آماری این ارتباط تنها در سه عامل تعداد آسیب ـ ارزیابی احساسات دیگران (211/0- =r،027/0=P)، تعداد آسیب ـ ارزیابی احساسات خود (232/0- =r،015/0=P) و تعداد آسیب ـ خود تنظیمی (225/0- =r،018/0 =P) معنیدار بود.نتیجهگیری: هوش هیجانی پایین و در نتیجه عدم ارزیابی و تنظیم مناسب احساسات ممکن است از طریق اختلال در حواس خارجی ورزشکاران و افزایش تنش عضلانی در هماهنگی عصبی-عضلانی فرد اختلال ایجاد کند و باعث افزایش خطر آسیبدیدگی وررزشکاران شود.

بررسی مقایسهای ناگویی هیجانی و ابعاد خشونت در دو گروه از معتادین به مواد مخدر و محرک با همتایان سالم
مقدمه: پژوهشهای انجام گرفته در حوزهی اعتیاد بر این نکته تاکید دارند که علاوه بر مداخلات پزشکی، درمان اعتیاد، بدون توجه به عوامل روانشناختی، ممکن نخواهد بود لذا پژوهش حاضر به بررسی مقایسهای ناگویی هیجانی و ابعاد خشونت در دو گروه از معتادین به مواد مخدر و محرک با همتایان سالم پرداخته است.روشکار: در این پژوهش علی-مقایسهای در سال 1395، 120 نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تعداد 80 نفر وابسته به سوءمصرف مواد در مرکز دلشدگان شهر تهران (40 نفر معتاد به مواد مخدر و 40 نفر معتاد به مواد محرک) و 40 نفر غیر وابسته به لحاظ ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی در گروههای همتا، قرار گرفتند. دادهها با مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو و سیاهه بروز خشم حالت-صفت اشپیلبرگر گردآوری و با روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره (مانووا) تحلیل گردیدند.یافتهها: بین سه گروه افراد سالم، معتاد به محرک و مواد مخدر، در ناگویی هیجانی (01/0>P، 17/8=F) و خشونت (01/0>P، 20/7=F) تفاوتهای معنیداری مشاهده شد که در این میان افراد معتاد به مخدر، سطوح بالایی از ناگویی هیجانی و خشونت را از خود گزارش میکنند.نتیجهگیری: بین سه گروه افراد سالم، معتاد به محرک و مواد مخدر از نظر میزان ناگویی هیجانی و خشونت، تفاوت، وجود دارد. به نظر میرسد افراد وابسته به مواد مخدر نسبت به افراد سالم و افراد وابسته به محرک، از میزان خشونت و ناگویی هیجان بیشتری برخوردارند.

ارتباط سلامت روان با کیفیت زندگی: یک مطالعه مقطعی در نمونهای بزرگ از کارکنان کارخانه ذوب آهن اصفهان
مقدمه: بررسی کیفیت زندگی و عوامل مرتبط با آن باعث به وجود آمدن یک دیدگاه کلی از وضعیت سلامت و ارایه راهکارهای مربوط به سیاستگذاری و برنامهریزیهای بهداشتی میشود. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی، با کنترل اثر مجموعه مهمی از مخدوشگرهای بالقوه شامل متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی، سبک زندگی و شغلی در جمعیت کارکنان کارخانه ذوب آهن اصفهان انجام شده است.روشکار: در یک مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1394، 3063 نفر از کارکنان ذوب آهن اصفهان به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی چندمرحلهای انتخاب و بررسی شدند. پرسشنامههای کیفیت زندگی (EQ-5D)، سلامت روان (GHQ-12)، استرس شغلی، فعالیت فیزیکی (IPAQ) و اطلاعات جمعیتشناختی استفاده گردیدند. تحلیل دادهها با مدل رگرسیون کلاس پنهان در نرمافزار Mplus7 صورت گرفت.یافتهها: سلامت روان 4/95 درصد از کارکنان، مطلوب است. افراد از نظر کیفیت زندگی به دو دسته کیفیت زندگی بالا (7/79%) و کیفیت زندگی پایین (3/20%) طبقهبندی شدند. کارکنان با سلامت روان مطلوب، کیفیت زندگی بالاتری دارند (0001/0>P) بهگونهای که ارتباط مثبت و معنیداری بین سلامت روان با کیفیت زندگی بالا مشاهده شد. بعد از تعدیل مجموعه مهمی از متغیرهای مخدوشگر، باز هم رابطهی مثبت و معنیداری بین سلامت روان با کیفیت زندگی بالا مشاهده شد. شانس عضویت کارکنان با سلامت روان مطلوب در کلاس کیفیت زندگی بالا 25/4 برابر کارکنانی است که از سلامت روان نامطلوب برخوردار میباشند.نتیجهگیری: مطالعه حاضر اطلاعات ارزشمندی در مورد ارزیابی کیفیت زندگی کارکنان صنعتی فراهم نمود و این نتیجه حاصل گردید کهسلامت روان ارتباط مثبت معنیداری با کیفیت زندگی دارد بنابراین با بهبود سبک زندگی، کیفیت زندگی و میزان رضایت از زندگی افزایش مییابد.
