This study examined some basic demographic characteristics and variables of the disease in patients with bipolar mood disorder hospitalized in Farabi hospital of Kermanshah city. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed on all patients with bipolar mood disorder that successive year 2001 to 2015 had been hospitalized in Farabi hospital of Kermanshah city. The required information from the patient records collected. Data analyzed by software SPSS.16, with using U-Mann-Whitney and ANOVA tests. Results: A total of 218 patients with bipolar mood disorder contain 130 (59.6%) men. In term of marital status, 45.9% of them were married. The average age of patients was 39.6±12.9 years. In term of residency, 73.4 percents of patients live in urban areas. Assessment of different demographic variables showed that the average number of hospitalizations was significantly different in history of smoking, history of opioid abuse and family history of addiction (P<0.05).  Conclusion: On average, about 15 individuals with bipolar mood disorder have been hospitalized yearly. It seems that regarding educating the patients and their families, more programs and resources should become available, especially in urban areas and families with a history of addiction and smoking.}, keywords = {Bipolar disorder,Demographic variables,Hospitalization}, title_fa = {موارد اختلال خلقی دو قطبی بستری در بیمارستان فارابی کرمانشاه: ارزیابی 15 ساله (94-1380)}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: اختلال خلقی دو قطبی یکی از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های روان‌پزشکی است. این مطالعه برخی از خصوصیات جمعیت­شناختی و متغیرهای اساسی در این بیماری را در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال خلقی دو قطبی بستری شده در بیمارستان فارابی کرمانشاه مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد.روش­کار: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی بر روی کلیه بیماران مبتلا به اختلال خلقی دو قطبی که به صورت پی ‌در پی از سال‌های 1380 تا 23 آذر 1394، در بیمارستان فارابی شهر کرمانشاه بستری شده بودند، انجام شد. اطلاعات موردنیاز از روی پرونده­ی بیماران، جمع‌آوری شد. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه­ی  16 و آزمون‌های یومان-ویتنی و تحلیل واریانس تحلیل شد.یافته­ها: در مجموع 218 بیمار با اختلال خلقی دو قطبی که 130 نفر آنان (6/59%) مرد بودند، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. 9/45 درصد متاهل و متوسط سن بیماران 9/12±6/39 سال بود. 4/73 درصد ساکن مناطق شهری بودند. میانگین تعداد بستری‌ها در بین سطوح متغیرهای جمعیت­شناختی، در مورد سابقه­ی مصرف سیگار، سابقه­ی سوءمصرف مواد مخدر و سابقه­ی اعتیاد در خانواده، به طور معنی­داری متفاوت بود (05/0>P).نتیجه­گیری: به طور متوسط هر سال حدود 15 نفر مبتلا به اختلال خلقی دوقطبی در این بیمارستان بستری شده‌اند. به نظر می‌رسد که در زمینه آموزش بیماران و خانواده‌های آن‌ها برنامه ریزی‌ها و امکانات بیشتری به خصوص در مناطق شهری و خانواده‌های دارای سابقه اعتیاد و مصرف سیگار، باید در نظر گرفته شود.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال دوقطبی,بستری,متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_9340.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_9340_cc84e4cf8566c71943913abbe3a50cc9.pdf} }
