ACT and MBCT groups were treated for 8 sessions of 90 minutes (one weekly session). In this study, Beck anxiety and depression inventories were used to collect data. Data was analyzed using analysis of covariance.   Results: The findings showed that both treatment methods were efficient on anxiety and depression in hemodialysis patients but the efficacy of ACT on the depression variable is greater than MBCT and efficiency of MBCT on anxiety variable is greater than the ACT.   Conclusion: It seems that Acceptance and Commitment Group Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) are effective on hemodialysis patients in terms of anxiety and depression.  }, keywords = {Acceptance and commitment therapy,Anxiety,Depression,Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) با شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی (MBCT) بر اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران همودیالیزی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف این تحقیق مقایسه اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) با شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی (MBCT) بر اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران همودیالیزی میباشد.روشکار: در این تحقیق مداخلهای از بین بیماران مراجعهکننده به بخش همودیالیز بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شیروان و بیمارستان امام علی (ع) بجنورد 42 بیمار همودیالیزی با نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه ACT، MBCT و شاهد جایگزین شدند. گروههای ACT و MBCT تحت درمان 8 جلسهی 90 دقیقهای هفتهای قرار گرفتند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای اضطراب و افسردگی بک استفاده شد و دادهها با تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که هر دو روش درمانی بر میزان اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران همودیالیزی مؤثر بودهاند اما اثربخشی ACT بر متغیر افسردگی بیشتر از MBCT و کارایی MBCT بر متغیر اضطراب بیشتر از ACT بوده است.  نتیجهگیری: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران همودیالیزی موثر هستند.}, keywords_fa = {اضطراب,افسردگی,درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد,شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_9127.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_9127_b011dbcd7fcfb9a43ff1207de4ed9692.pdf} }
