Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 120 HIV+ patients in counseling centers in Shiraz, were randomly selected. After completing consent form, patients were studied via Revised Adult’s Attachment Styles (RAAS) by Collins and Reid, Religious Coping Styles Scale by Bodroxand General Mental Health(GHQ) by Goldberg. Results: Analysis of variance showed that HIV+ patients with secure attachment styles have better mental health than patients with both avoidant and anxious-ambivalent insecure attachment styles (P<0.001). Independent t-test showed that patients who use positive religious coping more frequently (P=0.007), have better mental health. To predict mental health based on secure attachment styles and religious coping styles, multiple regression method was used. Results indicated that among HIV+ patients secure attachment styles is the most important predictor of mental health. Conclusion: Results indicated that higher positive religious coping and secure attachment styles can result in better mental health of HIV+ patients.  }, keywords = {: Attachment,HIV,Mental health,Religion}, title_fa = {رابطه ی سبک‌های دلبستگی و سبک‌های مقابله ی مذهبی با سلامت ‌روان در بیماران HIV}, abstract_fa = {: امروزه بررسی عوامل روان‌شناختی مداخله‌گر در ایجاد ‌اختلالات‌ روان‌شناختی در افراد HIV+ جهت ارتقای سلامت روان آنان به منظور سازگاری بیشتر با بیماری، از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. از جمله‌ی این عوامل، سبک‌های دلبستگیو سبک‌ مقابله‌ی مذهبی است که این مطالعه به بررسی رابطه‌ی آن‌ها با سلامت روان افراد HIV+ پرداخته است. روش‌کار: در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌مقطعی که طی اردیبهشت‌ 1387 انجام شد، 120 نفر از بیماران HIV+ تحت درمان در مراکز مشاوره‌ی رفتاری شیراز از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و پس از تکمیل فرم رضایت آگاهانه توسط پرسش‌نامه‌ی ‌بازنگری ‌شده‌ی ‌دلبستگی ‌بزرگسال ‌کولینز و رید (RAAS)، مقیاس سبک‌های مقابله‌ی مذهبی بادرکس و پرسش‌نامه‌ی سلامت ‌عمومی (GHQ) گلدبرگ، بررسی گردیدند. از آزمون‌های رگرسیون چندگانه، تحلیل واریانس و تی، جهت تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بنا بر نتایج تحلیل واریانس داده‌ها، بیماران HIV+ دارای سبک دلبستگی ایمن در مقایسه با بیماران HIV+ دارای سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی و ناایمن اضطرابی‌دوسوگرا از سلامت ‌روان بالاتری برخوردار بودند (001/0P<). نتایج آزمون تی مستقل مشخص نمود بیماران HIV+ که به میزان بیشتری از مقابله‌ی مذهبی مثبت استفاده می‌کردند از سلامت روان بیشتری برخوردار بودند (007/0=P). به منظور پیش‌بینی سلامت ‌روان بر مبنای متغیرهای سبک دلبستگی ایمن و سبک‌های مقابله‌ی مذهبی از آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج، حاکی از آن بود که در بیماران HIV+، متغیر سبک دلبستگی ایمن، قوی‌ترین پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌ی سلامت روان می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: مقابله‌ی مذهبی مثبت و سبک دلبستگی ایمن می‌توانند منجر به سلامت ‌روان بالاتر در بیماران HIVگردند.  }, keywords_fa = {دلبستگی,سلامت ‌روان,مذهب,HIV}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_877.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_877_103865a6abbb321ceef60de9752b6f27.pdf} }
