The present study aimed to compare prevalence of personality disorders among individuals with substance abuse, regressed to abuse and ordinary people.   Materials and Methods: Statistic sample of this research includes all of the men of Mianeh city in 2014, sample group consists of 300 persons (100 cases with substance abuse among who referred to treatment centers, 100 people who abuse drug again and 100 ordinary individuals). The cases selected via convenient sampling method. The research instrument was Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-3. Data analyzed through multivariable variance analysis.   Results: There is a significant difference between abusers and ordinary people in personality disorders such as schizoid, depression, antisocial, aggressive (sadism), obsessive (compulsive) and schizotype disorders. Also, there is significant difference between people with regression to abuse substance and ordinary people, in addition between substance abusers and those with regression to abuse substance in all of the personality disorders (P<0.05).   Conclusion: According to the research findings, the main role of personality disorders can relate to tendency to substance abuse and regression to addiction.}, keywords = {Personality disorder,Regression,substance abuse}, title_fa = {مقایسه شیوع اختلالات شخصیت در گروه‌های سوءمصرف‌کننده مواد، بازگشت‌کننده به اعتیاد و افراد عادی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: اختلالات شخصیت مجموعه ناهمگن از اختلالاتی هستند که در محور دو چهارمین ویراست راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی کدگذاری شده و به منزله الگوهای پایداری از رفتار و تجربه درونی هستند که با انتظارات فرهنگی، به میزان قابل ملاحظه‌ای مغایرت دارند. پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد شیوع این اختلالات را در گروه‌های سوءمصرف‌کننده مواد، بازگشت‌کننده به اعتیاد و افراد عادی، مقایسه نماید.روش‌کار: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مردان شهرستان میانه در سال 1392 بود. گروه نمونه متشکل از 300 نفر شامل100 نفر سوءمصرف‌کننده مواد خودمعرف مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد، 100نفر بازگشت‌کنندگان به سوءمصرف و100 فرد عادی بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس  انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه چندمحوری بالینی میلون 3 بود. داده‌ها با تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل گردیدند.یافته‌ها: بین دو گروه سوءمصرف‌کنندگان مواد و افراد عادی در اختلالات شخصیت اسکیزوئید، افسرده، ضداجتماعی، پرخاشگر (دیگرآزار)، وسواسی (جبری)، اسکیزوتایپال و مرزی تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود دارد. هم‌چنین بین گروه‌های بازگشت‌کننده و افراد عادی و بین گروه‌های سوءمصرف‌کنندگان و بازگشت‌کننده در تمامی اختلالات شخصیت تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود دارد  (05/0>P).نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نقش مهم اختلالات شخصیت را نشان می‌دهد که می‌توانند با گرایش به سوء‌مصرف مواد و بازگشت به اعتیاد رابطه داشته باشند. }, keywords_fa = {اختلال شخصیت,بازگشت,‌ سوءمصرف مواد}, url = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_8525.html}, eprint = {https://jfmh.mums.ac.ir/article_8525_35cd0ed755ec4d5f0a4bb4f7e8aa9a7c.pdf} }
